രുചിയൂറും ഇറച്ചി ചോറ് | Erachi Choru | Kerala Meat Rice|Irachi Choru | Malabar Erachi Choru |Ep:1085

Authentic Kerala Dishes With My Personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Beef -3/4 kg
Chilli Powder -1tsp
Pepper powder -1/4tsp
Salt -1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp
Water -1/4cup
Rice -3 cup
Water-6 cup
Coconut Oil -1tbsp
Ghee -2tbsp
Cardamom -4
Cloves -4
Cinnamon -1
Bay leaf -1
Small onion -20
Salt -2 tsp
Green chilli -6
Big onion -3
Ginger Garlic paste -1tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/4tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -1tsp
Coriander powder -1tsp
Garam Masala -1/2 tsp
Tomato -2
Mint & Coriander leaves - handful
Bista -
Cashew nuts -5
Raisins -few
Method
Soak the rice for 20 mins.
Marinate the washed and cleaned beef with chilly , pepper,turmeric powders and salt. Keep it for 20 mins. Cook it in the pressure cooker for 3 whistles after adding ½ glass water.
Keep a kadai add some ghee and coconut oil. Add bay leaf. Cinnamon , cloves , cardamom and saute it. Add some shallots. Saute it. Add green chilli and curry leaves. Saute well. Add ginger garlic paste.Saute.Add onion and saute till brown. On low flame add turmeric powder and Kashmiri chilly powder. Saute well. Add coriander powder and garam masala. Saute well. Add tomatoes. Close the lid and cook well. When the water drains out, add the beef to the masala. Saute and mix well. Add some coriander and mint leaves. Add some fried onion and dried fruits. Add water. Check the salt. Add the rice. Cook until it boils. Close the lid and on low flame cook the rice. Stir occasionally. Switch of gas and let it cook.
You can dum the rice if you like it.
