Kokuu, thank you so much for these readings. I got myself a detached retina so can't read at the moment. Your diction adds to the enjoyment of the text. Gassho, dan.

A detached retina doesn't sound great at all, Dan. I hope it can get fixed. In the meantime, you are more than welcome! I am glad that people are finding them helpful.

Kokuu sensei, thank you once again for your readings. I am often unable to read due to and chronic nerve disease. Your readings of Nishijima roshi's translation is a wonderful resource. Your vocal tone, style, and pacing are optimal for mindfull reflection.

Thank you for your comment, Bryn. Fortunately for everyone, I am no sensei, just a friend along the path. I am glad you find my vocal style helpful as I tried my best to give a relaxed delivery. I have no training in voice work or acting so I am learning as I go.
Sorry to hear about your nerve disease. I have a chronic illness of 25 years standing and also rely heavily on audio content.

@@zenaudio108 In this context, I used sensei as a compliment, nothing official. Kokuu senpai would be more appropriate. My Japanese friends used to tease me about my habit for hyperbole when speaking. Something like, "even for an American you exaggerate." 😉
