@@maverick9334 Think some gamers can play dota without getting into stress mode. Cause that shit ages you terribly. The only game to do that to me was starcraft 2 solo ladder. The micro, macro, builds, trying to counter. It was exhausting. Dota on the other hand is very chill. You only micro one hero and whether you win or not is mostly down to draft. Some games are lost at draft hopelessly. In which case theres no point in malding. So if you pick right, the game is a breeze. Even if your team draft is average to bad.
It's not the about the amount of things you control in dota but more towards the people in it. The game itself can be chill but randos will and some wants to make you rage and stressed out. You can pick the right hero but then there will be teammates that troll you, teammates that really seem like they have no idea what they're doing and making it feel like a 4v5. Only way to not be stressed about competitive games is not care about your rank and mmr at all but its hard for streamers cause what people like to see are mostly performed in high mmrs so you need to win. @@Andytlp

Cant agree more. I've been switching my roles to support for a couple years or so now and its so much easier. When i play core i feel stressed if i didnt move or farm as efficiently as possible whereas when i play support there is a lot of break in between when your core just want to farm, you just have to watch enemy smoke gank or put ward somewhere. And you die a lot too when you farm at higher risk location so you have a break more than core.

You should take care of yourself and take it easy earlier than at the end of the year if your doctor says you gotta chill. There is a chance you will be messed up for a long time if you push yourself over the edge. Then you won't be able to stream at all, or barely. Don't mess with your mental health, it will come back to bite you if you do. Thank you for your work whatever you decide to do!

3:31 so why do u remove the stats before stick or bottle for example? it grants a fixed amount of hp/mana, so whether u have 300 or 400hp, if something grants 40hp it'll always be 40hp oO
When the stats go back in it increases hp and mana proportionally
