Part 2, Hand pump rebuild for a IH 1086

Thanks for the video I have a IH 454 tractor and the steering is very tough I changed the steering ram bleed the system and you can hardly turn the wheel my son had the steering motor apart and cleaned it and put it back together I noticed you loosened the bottom bolts did that make it turn easier I bought the tractor at a auction in pieces so I don’t know what they did thank you
