Stand in front of the mirror and then talk with yourself. Ask yourself what your current problems are. How are you feeling right now? If it is possible then talk with someone but please don't tell them your problems just talk randomly it should be positive. Talk with yourself. Your self-talk should be positive not a single word will be negative. Never say to yourself that you can't able to do so and you are tired, not in a mood don't want to do etc. Please never say these words to yourself.
And at last force yourself to be happy, go outside and play some games, and whenever you feel low and wanna cry then please cry and let it all be gone. Also, get proper sleep, you feel more sleepy in those days.
