3 eggs
Can of canned tuna
Onion
Ginger
Garlic
Salt
Pepper2

Recipe number 2 😋 Rice with vegetables in a frying pan:

4 tablespoons olive oil
Sweet peppers
1 cup rice
1/2 cup green peas
2 glasses of hot water
