Just gonna say... the girl putting up Frieren on the board is 100% correct. It's a modern classic already, and without hyperbole, one of the best anime/manga of at least the 21st Century... and possibly ever.
Frieren doesn’t have enough substance yet tho, I think it’s got the potential to be one of the goats, but the story isn’t even fully fleshed out yet, and it’s in its infancy. Never should’ve taken FMA brotherhood at 1 on MAL.

Let’s be real though, none of the big 3 belong in GOAT. Naruto has too many plotholes and filler, Bleach is more style over substance and also has too much filler, and One Piece just IS filler. I could give Naruto and Bleach A-tier, and One Piece can go to B, but none of them belong in GOAT. Dragonball belongs in trash.

I'm pretty normal when it comes to these sort of ideas of anime, the only thing controversial about my opinions is what my favourite anime is, Tokyo Revengers, (yes I've read the manga) I love it so much because the mc isn't some great hero, he's weak, but he never gives up, thats what makes him strong, and, yes he crys a lot, but who wouldn't in his situation, plus the whole series has a good love story sprinkled in. Its perfect! (Oh and Naruto's a close second place.)

I don’t wanna be an AH but I don’t get the JJK hype. There’s not one character I care about after watching 40 episodes. I saw the deaths of 2 main characters and I didn’t feel anything. The power system boggles me but I guess that’s on me. There’s barely any story just action. But I am not invested in the fights because I don’t really feel a connection with the characters.
