    I soak ordinary pita bread in a mixture of milk and eggs, and then bake it with cheese filling. It turns out the Achma dish from Georgian cuisine.
    ✅Ingredients:
    4 eggs;
    250 ml of milk or kefir;
    ground black pepper;
    2 packs of lavash;
    300 grams of cheese or similar soft salted cheese or cottage cheese;
    200 grams of hard cheese;
    greens to taste (green onions, parsley, dill).
    Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes. Achma - a kind of khachapuri - puff pastry with cheese and herbs.
