- Extremely powerful Cutting Saw using just Lego parts! Not recommended as it will wear parts down!
Take care protecting your eyes when doing things like this :)
I’ve had a little break from building vehicles but I have a few things in the works! The golf buggy is still waiting for an opponent in the Tug of War series too!
Thank you to all the recent subs and comments, I very much appreciate it thank you! 😀

noooooo, how could you ruin a perfectly good apple :(
😂😂😂 Hey Benen!
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines hi gary! How are you?
Hey Benen I’m good ta, still playing with the Lego! I’ve been experimenting with different things as you do..
How are you? I’m just watching the golf from vegas! Looks nice and warm over there!
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines lol, California is toasting a bit still, but starting to cool down, same old, same old, still making mocs and now selling instructions on my Instagram of my mocs! it's great!
Oh wow that sounds good! How are you doing the instructions is it a computer program thing?
I’m hoping to travel there next March all being well! I’d like to visit LA Santa Monica area as I played GTAV for too many years haha! Then Vegas, Grand Canyon and then maybe some of the old Wild West towns!
All you need to do is sharpen the fake blades.
It's pretty much a fast spinning dull butter knife the way you have it set up.
Hey I agree, I was just trying to keep this one standard lego, thanks for the comment 😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines how does an actual blade sound? While not fully lego, would be interesting to see what those small motors could do
New series “Lego Power tools” because this is so epic and did you touch it with your finger at full speed?
Haha cheers Chris! I managed to cut into my finger nails! It would take your skin off though quite easily but I did brush against it lightly as we all have that weird urge lol
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines wait it isn’t just me to snap my neck?
@@thatGuy-wm2cr yes.
@@thatGuy-wm2cr I have that urge too good friend. You're not alone
cringekid
This reminds me of the sketchiest build I've ever made. I needed a tool to cut PVC pipe length wise and not the silicon inside to make fishing lure molds.
I made a guide to the blade using wheels, I zip-tied and hot glued a Dremel on an adjustable mount to adjust cutting depths.
It was built very solid, but having a high speed Dremel with an abrasive cutting disk zip-tied to a 5x7 technic frame gives a slight pucker factor
Haha thanks for that nice read! The things we do when we want something done!😀
Attach a flywheel like a tire of some sort to the main drive axle. Then, when it powers up it will store energy in the tire, allowing for a more stable rpm when cutting through tough objects. It will have a much easier time that way and will be much more efficient as the flywheel will add extra tourney when needed.
Hi cheers Ian I’ve got back to you on the other video interested to hear your thoughts thanks
Extra tourney????? Wtf?
@@charlesrodriguez7984 quand vc tem um volante acoplado a outro detalhe ele tem que ser maior ele guarda parte da energia rotativa assim tornand mais eficient e diminuindo o comsumo
It would be cool if you could do version 2.0 of some of your creations, as I think you could make many of them even better!
Yeah definitely! You learn so much with the first build! Next year😀
It's certainly different than the usual, but definitely not disappointing. It's so unique, I can honestly say that I've never seen anything like it!
Hey Jared thanks as ever! I’ll try a few fun things like this before a big build or something weird! 😀
Probably just me, but some of these sound like cars.
1:38 Sounds like a 2001 Ford Mustang GT
2:00 Sounds like a Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat doing a burnout
2:38 Sounds like a Chevrolet Corvette C7
3:38 Sounds like a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat
I give u alike before I watch the video 🙂👍
😀😀 Thank you so much I do appreciate it!
You broke the mask nice job👍🏻👍🏻
Why not a single 40T gear directly on the shaft, without this big 140T circle? It creates a lever that lowers torque
I still haven’t ever owned one despite having lots of vintage sets when I was young! I think I will try that though! I will order afew and the Lego saw blade!
I could probably fear it faster too and still have far more torque than here! Will try both cheers! 😀
I mean the flywheel.
Great job 👍
Thank you very much Tomothy!😀
Wow! This is cool! Not a vehicle but something else, I like it!
Hey thanks as ever for the feedback! I will try a few simple but fun things as it was quite fun 😀
Lol still cuts better then my master craft awesome build!
Haha cheers Nathan I’m glad you like it 😀
I thought that was a battery bank for a second and saw the cat. Mildly panicked.
Dang I never expected this
Hey there😀 Something a little different, it started off as a propeller project and went from there… I will probably convert it quickly to see how fast I can spin something too(I know it’s been done a few a times but why not) 😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines i have a motor that is too fast! i spun a tire and it came off its rim!
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines yeah I’ve never seen something this fast in lego, maybe with buggy motors though
Yeah would be crazy with 14 of them and a car battery lol
This is really cool!
Hey thankyou I’m glad you like it😀
I love the thinking outside the box! Really cool and powerful!😎😎😎👍👍👍
Hey Nick cheers! I’m going to try a few fun things and challenges! Thanks for the feedback appreciate it 😀😀
Yo that's amazing
Hey dude cheers! 😀😀
Haha cheers!
Dares you to start saying cheers to your friends haha!
That is satisfyingly epic! What a cool design! I love that your going to other stuff, this is so cool!
Hey cheers Easton, I will try some of the simple things in the next month like a press, lifting device with actuators, a TALL crane! I’ve started building them all I’ve been experimenting for a bit but needed a break from vehicles!
Btw one your tug of war battles has just gone viral again from April! It’s grazer vs octagon! 100k views in 4 days it’s weird how it goes! 😀😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines no way!!! Also it’s your video😂 all I did was give you a small idea 😂
Haha it’s all in the ideas! 😀
Wow! It's insanely powerful!
You impresses all the times by your creativity and mind blowing ideas hatts off to you.👌👌👌👍👍👍👌👌
Hey thanks for the lovely comment! Means a lot cheers 😀
You are amazing at building
Hey there thank you so much 😀
Omg that is soooo nice haha 😀
Hey Felix I’m glad you like it thanks 😀
11:08 6 more motors or just buy a saw😂😂😂 nice Idea though I enjoyed it and it's Great to hear from ya again bro! :D
Hey dude I think I’ll get the saw now you mention it! 😂😂
I’ve had a little break been playing about with different ideas!
Are you still building?
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines 🤣🤣🤣 It's always good to mess around with ideas :) and yeah I'm still building! Took some money to buy a Lego servo 88004 and two buwizz buggy motors to have some play room for models in the future also I tried out sprag clutches out of lego with a tutorial and I gotta say it works pretty well! It fits into the the 9x7 beam Frames you got in the landrover set for example hope yknow what I mean lol (inside the beam you got a hole which is around 5x7 studs big) and that's the size of the clutch. I geared a Lego powered up xl motor up to spin quickly and it engaged the clutch at a certain rpm when it stops the other side of the clutch, the wheel side still spinnen freely and wonderfully (used in gocarts). I plan to build a mechanism to brake the front wheels I guess (or the back ones idk yet) to have control over the vehicle, maybe I'll build the Doms charger with the clutch idk that either yet lol but yeah I'll probs never stop building XD
Edit: oh my God I'm sorry for this long text LOL)
Haha I love it! I didn’t get a notification when your reply came sorry!
That sounds great! Let me know how the buggy motors are! Love power!
Great idea with the clutches, sounds complicated😂 I’d love to see that in action!
Ive been messing about with a giant CVT drive and a treadmill for cats lol
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines The treadmill was then best idea you had to test the cars speeds :D I loved the accelerating sound of the big tractor tires of your offroader (Was it 42099?) and yeah the buwizz motors came! I tested one on the clutch and at first it didn't work but as I put it in fast and ludicrous speed mode it engaged and sounded like vtec kicking in, not gonna lie! 🤣 AR first it spinned till its max RPM and the as it engaged the clutch it went straight up with the sound idk if that was also the rpm (I wish for an rpm reader) but it sounded nuts hehe oh and no worries I am used to it 😂 the servo from elgo also arrived 5 days ago I think and it also worked well as I tested it. Those 15 angle positions are just amazing it gives u so much potential for an actually precise steering at high speeds! I'll build two motors into my dodge and let it cruise. Idk if the clutch will fit but it doesn't have to cuz id have to brake at least one axle then as well 😅
OH and cvt sounds good! Just it will have problems with torque I think 👀
And by the way if you have some social media I could send u videos of those stuffs I'm working on😂(preferably what'sapp cuz I already have that and it doesn't limit your file size as far as I know) and once again I have you a Bible to read here XD sorry "XD
I would be very interested in seeing this with a metal saw blade and seeing the about of torque generated. Would also be a very cool comparison to an actual saw.
Yeah definitely! Not sure if I’d trust myself to do it… lol
I’d probably need to add a few more motors for some extra torque aswell!
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines it would be worth doing purely for science.
😂 I’ve ordered the blade, not sure if you’ve seen my second attempt yet 😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines I have now.
just add some weight to the main rotor, will take longer to speed up but bog down way less
That’s worth a try! I realised afterward with the apple I was pushing down on it a bit too much against the circular structure which didn’t help!
I’m also going g to try the Lego saw blade when it arrives!
I love this
Hey thanks nib nob I’m glad you like it 😀
That’s is epic dude
Hey cheers for that appreciate it😀
this is so good that the video is in 4K UHD
Somebody who just came out of a 3 year coma: "Why is this guy always cutting surgical masks? Is he a doctor?"
More motors, you could ask LEGO to consider manufacturing an XL sized motor for when even the L motor gets brought to its knees
What a cool idea
And thank you! Trying to do a few fun things 😀
Love cat!💙
sounds like a lawnmower
Effectivity wise it's good but try to make them with metal axles and and gears (to renforce the innerds), buy and sharpen the smaller gears (for the big wheels) to make them more efficient, anyways good mashine tho xD
hey there! thanks for the feedback it’s much appreciated! I’m trying to stick to just lego though. good idea about sharpening the gears that would have helped if they were thinner!
btw I’ve done a second one now with the Lego saw blade! it’s quite good 😀
Ngl I’m impressed, good job!
Hey there thanks for feedback! Cheers😀
Hmm… I think you need a flywheel of some sorts. It loses momentum, and I think the motors cringed as much as I did when it started to whine… But still impressive!
Hey thanks Felix I will definitely try a flywheel!
so cool!
Hey hey thank you very much!
ur should upgrade it after he can become verry strong to cut watermelon but good job ☺🔮
I will do crazy! A bit more power needed😀
I'd love to see a version with the lego brick separators that you get with nearly evrs set because they are just so much sharper what do you think
Hey Philip do you mean the pins?
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines I mean the orange brick separators that lego supplies wit every set to help building you know what I mean
You don't get them with technic
@@donnachaslegocreations oh I had no idea I just assumed because I have like 100 of them
@@kanarienvogelfisch Yeah lego seem to think they are only for not technic but they help me a lot with technic
Switch out the gears for airplane propellers. A much narrower cutting edge.
I’ll see what else I’ve got! There is the saw blade aswell but it doesn’t look sharp
That is amazingly ridiculously cool! How about different cutting teeth?
Hey thanks for the comment I appreciate it! I’m going to buy the Lego saw blade and try that! I will have to add a few holes to it though 😀
turns on saw machine.
cat: immediately jumps on it
Lol that made me laugh thanks! She liked this one as it had no wheels!
Nice face mask saw
And for a while I thought it was all just edited with stock engine sound effects. Call me impressed because I am wrong. And I love being wrong because it makes me learn more.
I like that nice wise comment! No fakery on here just fun and some unusual models 😀
Damn thats cool
Thanks Alessio as ever! 😀
I really like these different kind of videos! Might need to get some metal axles and gears so you can make bigger and stronger creations!
Hey there thanks for the feedback, I’m going to try a few fun protects or challenges as I enjoyed doing this a lot more!
Metal gears would be great with a bit more power! I like it😀
Maybe try with metal lego compatible gears?
First view
Hey Animesh! 😀
hi Gaz, do the orbital wheels spin? if they went the same way it would double the speed, so you could gear down the main rotor... Nice to see creative builds as ever! 👍🍺🇬🇧
Hey Carl thanks! I wish they did spin, now that’s clever thinking! The project was originally seeing how much thrust I could make from a propeller and it ended up here!
I’ll take a look at your vids I’ve been off UA-cam for awhile giving my eyes a rest 🍺😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines Thrust from a propeller you say? Are you trying to make a flying lego plane? :P I know Brick Experiment Channel has a working lego drone.
Hey there I was just playing about with a giant propeller to see how effective it was! The problem was it was just too heavy, the blades were the 11x3 panels(about 40 of them) it created a lot of wind but that’s about it lol.
Yeah I saw that ages ago, those propeller blades are super rare to get hold of! 😀
Wow, so powerful
Hey there thanks for commenting! I may add a few more motors soon😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines ok!
Best part is when you destroyed the masks!
Haha I agree!! 😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines 👍😊
Cool!
Hey Quint cheers 😀
that thing sound terrifying lol
Haha I did switch the gears so it spun a lot faster too! now that did sound mad! Unfortunately there was no torque though
That’s cool
Cheers Haste as always 😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines cheers
It’s cool to see all the hubs powering up separately- it’s almost like a set of gears shifting
SUPER COOL
Wow, that is slightly scary😅
A finger is basically a stronger carrot right? Maybe you should try a carrot! Or a finger, if you have one to spare...
Arhhh I’m annoyed i didn’t try a carrot now you mention it! I did try with my finger nail when building it… no problem there but I didn’t think self harm would be appropriate on video 😂😂
If only Jigsaw was here in this lego death puzzle!

Part 2 was doing better than part 1 thanks to youtube recommendation system
It’s a funny old game!
INSANE i have always wanted to do something like this
Hey there thanks for the feedback I appreciate it! I was originally playing about with spinning a propeller fast!…
This is terrifying!
Haha the blade did make me a little nervous! The next one will definitely 😂
I see kitty… I like video
Haha cheers Mason!
Wow it went through the metal part of the mask or the hard part idk what’s actually in it
Yeah I’m not sure what it is but something tough!
The problem with this test was the batteries were losing power as the things got tougher lol
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines Ye, they must be
I can now see the fruits of the area 51 raid have been reaped to reveal the most dangerous machine of all
Lol I always enjoy your comments! 😂
Yeah I geuss its the dangerous machine
So much power
Okey I’m sorry but if it can’t cut through a pencil you’ve made a single bladed paper shredder not a saw
Lol that pencil was made of some stern wood haha.
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines haha fair enough
One thing though you would definitely not put your finger on it! It did slice into that other bit of wood quite well but then it gets jammed unfortunately.😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines yeah true. Even ignoring the cutting power how fast it’s spins would still give you quite the uncomfortable hit
Yeah definitely! I’m going to hopefully improve it and try again! That pencils going down 😂
Theres a reason saws use thin blades. The blade you’re using is practically useless. I’d love to see it with a thinner blade 👌🏼
Cool
Hey thank you Lia I’m glad you like it😀
nice
Cheers Pawel! 😀
that cut in the cardboard :)
I did enjoy that! 😀
That went through the paper a little to well I’m scared
Haha I’ve done another one with the Lego saw blade and it’s even more scary lol. Video tomorrow 😀
You should half the gears on the blade so there is less to hit, thus giving it almost double the time to speed up.
Edit: or smaller gears on the blade
Hey there interesting idea that’s good thinking! Sorry for the late reply the comments have gone mad on one video 😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines it all right your busy. I happen to be busy myself with high school
Theres nothing you cant build! How about a car with suspension that adjusts to bumps?
Hey Max thank you so much as always! I’d really like to be able to do that if there was a way of using the smart hub slope meter and make it automatically adjust! Electrics are not my strong point though haha
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines same!
Woah, finally i can make an apple peeler for like just a bit more than $2k
Lol luckily I haven’t spent 2k on all my Lego as I buy second hand and sell parts back! Sets are worth 2-3 times more in parts like the 42100😀
Really clever and interesting! Always a treat to watch your videos.
It's probably a silly question, but with motors aligned like that, I guess they have to spin in opposite directions? So, clockwise, anticlockwise, clockwise etc? Did you program this in the PoweredUp app? Thank you.
Hey thanks Asad I really appreciate the comment!
Yes that’s right! I use the brick controller 2 app so I can control with a PS4 controller but the powered up app will do. 😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines a WHAT!!!
Cool but nice way to destroy your gears. Have you been working on this. You haven't posted in a while ☺
They were off my fast car project and many were damaged already in some way😀
I’ve had a few builds going and was unsure what to do and I’ve dithered about lol
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines ☺
You should try a metal blade
I’m working in it 😀
Maybe try to use the thin bevel gears. I think these gears are too wide.
Yeah agree the issue I had was I needed a big gear to effectively make the blade bigger 😀
14 motors? I made one and it has 30 motors on EACH SIDE!(buggy motors)
Petition for you to make a belt sander
I think that would really expose the lack of torque with these motors! 😀

Hey that’s a great idea! I will try this out thank you 😀
u could mount a real sawblade and look if it works :)
I nearly bought one today but then decided against it as the thought makes me a little nervous! Lol
I’ve just bought the Lego saw blade and it’s far more effective than I imagined! Better than this 😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines then place make a circle out of wood and just cut it so its a little bit sharp

Oooo Apple man wants To hug the saw
I believe PF motors are stronger than the new PU motors.
Hi I’ve tested both L motors and the PU are far stronger! PF gets a good reputation due to people using Buwizz but you can use PU with that aswell now.
I have quite a few of each now, the XLs PF are great but you can’t pair them up like this 😀
Where did he get the none-microchipped face mask 😱😱😱
You took Ikea Hack literally 🤣
😂😂
A real blade would be crazy
I probably won’t try that lol
Try a variety teeth on the wheel
The problem was I needed a tall gear to effectively make the blade longer! 😀
Make a mower that'll actually cut grass
I’ve just experimented with that! First signs are good but I need it to stop snagging! Great idea btw thanks 😀
@@GazRsExtremeBrickMachines aye just wondering, what do you do for income?
Weirdly you mentioning mowers and that question…
I’ve worked at a golf course for 20 years! I’ve mowed a lot of grass!! 😀
I see, very cool
Sorry if this comes off as rude bc I don't mean it that way but why would u try the big piece of wood if the pencil was too much for it to handle?
Hey hey no probs! The Pencil was made out of really solid wood whilst the other bit was quite soft bizarrely. If you notice how easily it sliced into it at first whilst the pencil was a nightmare. Another problem was as things got harder the batteries were getting weaker which didn’t help either. They’re on charge to try again
Use pneumstic engine for bigger rpm
I need to experiment with them one day 😀
