Great video, Thanks! What were your settings on the relative compression test, something seemed off with your waveform?

I noticed that as i was editing that there is that small hump, i think my mistake was not using 600 amps but i had it set on 200 amps and that skewed the image, also i didnt hold the throttle at WOT because i disconnected fuel pump but im not sure if that something that needs to be done on these.

@@brakeboss You do not need to hold the throttle if you disconnect fuel pump, holding the throttle just disables the injectors on most domestic vehicles eliminating the need to disconnect fuel pump.

Thats what i thought also, but wondering why i got that extra hump, i have to practice more with it. Working at MB dealer we never really used scopes, even when we got training, i guess the oem scan tools just gave much more info to make diagnosis faster, but now rhat im mobile i have been missing out on the scope world

@@brakeboss I Don't know what that extra hump is, I'm assuming it's something with the scope & not the vehicle. Just keep on practicing you're doing great! 😄

How did you know the blower motor was working good? Did you have the specs on the blower motor as to how much amps it should be on each settings? Just curious I’m also learning. Great video by the way keep it up 👍🏼

This was a good known vehicle, the blower motor warked good so i was more concentrating on the change rather than the motor itself, different cars may use different types of resistors to control speed so its case by case basis, as long as there is change when the speed is changed then the resistor is working as designed.

@@brakeboss I understand but I think it will make more sense on knowing what the blower motor should be to use as a reference point. But point well taken as I mention I’m also learning. 👍🏼
