Easily one of the top producer of videos of all of the cyclists I follow on YT. You've surpassed a few veterans too. Video and audio is always on point, and the cinematic effects are appreciated. Off-seasoning like a boss!
I’d ride uphill backwards in a blizzard, carrying a baguette under my arm, but I’d have to do it barefoot because I don’t have a pair of size 40 Northwave's. Help a rider out, Harry!
A really great video Harry. I truly enjoyed seeing your business trip to Italy. The visits to the Rocket Espresss and Northwave factories were very informative. What was really entertaining was your experiences in Italian traffic. I have lived in Rome and Rieti for almost 40 years, and one thing is certain: you never, EVER, get used to the driving "skills" of Italians. It is indeed an art driving here. Keep up the good work with your "Oscar-winning" videos, and I hope to meet you in some races here in central Italy.
I’d bike across the US. 44.5. I’m a man of my word, you send the shoes, I’ll send the evidence🫡 Cheers mate, big inspiration to young cyclists and aspiring chefs like myself
Thanks Harry for the factory tours of Rocket Coffee Machines and Northwave Seeing Northwave being made may almost make me to change shoe brand I’ve been a Sidi person for a long time With Euro 42
Would have obviously preferred a ROCKET-themed giveaway 😉 if I could get a pair of EU 41s they’d be a great (delayed) Christmas present, I’d even learn an Aussie accent for ’em.
I already scheduled a mid-winter (😂😂) bikepack from Rome to Palermo after my Erasmus exchange! Just want to upgrade the shoes to 43.5 since the current ones are pretty tight
In a world where bike shops don’t hold stock, Black Friday sales have ruined online inventories, and size charts differ up to 1cm between brands, I would become Northwave’s biggest fan and ambassador given the chance to wear a pair of size 44 Veloce’s. In the last 3 weeks I’ve bought 5 pairs of shoes and none of them have worked for me, I am nearly biting the bullet and coughing up the big bucks for these specific shoes, but this opportunity has presented itself as a manifestation of my bad luck after ripping the sole off my current shoes in a race.
I'd compose a full opera about a cyclist's journey to find the perfect shoe, with all instruments made from bike parts - the percussion section is just me doing wheel truing. The grand finale features the Veloce Extreme descending from the ceiling on a golden chain ring while a choir of mechanics sing in perfect harmony! But to execute this beautifully, I’d need the essential ingredient; Veloce Extreme in 42.5 😉🙈🤞
I will wash the nice NW shoe after every ride , GR is a super performance car . Life like Harry is perfect ! Strong cyclist , love manual car ! Manual is the best . I would hope that I have a EUR43
Love your videos Harry - Rocket tour a nice bonus. Curious is the car a manual gearbox or just palying paddle shifter symphony? Sounded good going through the gears at the start.
I'd go run up Alpe d'Huez" in them. Jk I would book a bucket list trip to the Alps and ride with these up that climb! Thanks for the behind the scenes look of Rocket and Northwave. Size 42
I'd go run up Alpe d'Huez in them. Jk I would book a bucket list trip to the Alps and ride with these up that climb! Thanks for the behind the scenes look of Rocket and Northwave. Size 45
love the vlogs. would offer to prepare an italian 3 course menu to be rated by cycling youtubes most rated chef and the culinary experts of the northwave factory :D hope both of you enjoyed your offseason EU 45
It will be such a massive difference if you can get shoes that are perfect fit. I hope it works out for you! It must be so important, esp when it heats up.
I'd pedal from University in North Wales to their factory for a pair of the shoes. I'd need to do it pretty soon though because my current (size 41) shoes are falling apart!
Imagine being 2 watts of what you did at the TT and commenting before the winner. If i just had guessed 2 watts lower as first intended... But i thought you were better. I was coping.
I will do 100km on turbo (as it is winter here) or climb Stevio on Rouvy or whatever sensible you would like me to do 😉 EU 44 thank you and good luck with a pick 😂
Eey Harry, your video’s are very nice hope you will have a very good season next year, one question, I read in a dutch cycling magazine you listen to Australian indie music. So I was wondering what kind of? Im a massive King gizzard fan haha
Hi from Italy, I live near northwave factory, excellent quality. I’m a student and no money to spend for my cycling clothing and tools (just decathlon lower quality). I hope I can win that shoes to improve my experience while cycling. Thanks Harry, hope 2025 will be bright for you ❤ EU 43 Edit: looking forward to see new interviews on your channel
I'll ride from Zürich (where I live) to Aachen (where I'm from) in a single day in those shoes. Depending on the route, tha'ts 550km to 650km. My sizing is 42.5 / 43 in regular shoes
I woluld brew espressos for the whole staff at the Northwave factory to get a pair of roadshoes to match my newly acquired celsius arctic gore-tex winter gravel-boots - oh nearly forgot, size 44
I will come by bike barefoot, headwind and in the rain to Andorra to get this pair of Northwave in 42.5. then thanks to the strength acquired I'll win races in 2025 and dedicate my victories to Northwave and the great Harry Sweeny
I would try my hand at my first outdoor race. I have been recovering from surgery last year for an ACL injury so I have just ben doing indoor riding the past 6 months and I need something like some new shoes as an excuse to get out the house and try something new! EU 47! :)
For a pair of NWs in size 41 I’d cook you up a killer steak dinner when you’re back in Aus over the Christmas break. Tomahawks, crispy smashed potatoes, eggplant parmigiana and stir fried greens; good?
Harry Sweeny’s Top Results 2024 among many others where 40th at GC Paris - Nice and 7th at GC Skoda Tour de Luxembourg. 40 + 7 = 47. I would like size 47 Northwave shoes. Coincidence? I think not. I wouldn’t ride the shoes in the rain, they are way too nice for that. So, I probably ride a sunny weekend ride around the alps in Austria.

Its an inspiring story: "Video producer rides world tour as a side hustle".
I would quit my job as a professional runner and pick up cycling for a pair of size 43.5 northwaves - or maybe triathlon :)
I was thinking about quitting cycling for running before getting my shoes set up right. 41.5 cheers.
