Talk about a winter wonder land !. This is beautiful country, but I must confess that watching you plow this narrow road with those steep , steep drop off's really had me nervous. The only thing that confused me was why you stopped where you did and turned around instead of finishing the road ?. Great video and thanks for sharing with us !.
Hello. Thanks for the comment. The road in this part was too steep and icy. I couldn't continue without snowchains... The place where people leave their vehicles is only 40m further. So I removed the snow as much as possible on this part. From here to the top, it's about a 30-minute walk to the top.

@@knezowsky ich war auch 39 Jahre im Rettungsdienst,da hatten wir morgens um 4h einen Einsatz mit Notarzt. Der Rettungswagen hatte Probleme weiter zukommen, zum Glück habe ich gerade gesehen wie der Schneebahner den Motor angeworfen hat, ich habe ihm Zeichen gegeben und er ist vor uns hergefahren. In dem Ort ist der Mann dann als Lebensretter gepriesen worden.
@@christianstraub2811 ja ich verstehe. Bis heute haben wir die Straßen räumen lassen. Wenn 10-15 cm Schnee fallen, gehe ich sofort auf die Straße und die Straßen sind offiziell befahrbar. Hier im Video geht es um die Straße zur Berghütte, die 1700 m über dem Meeresspiegel liegt und nicht unbedingt jeden Tag befahrbar sein muss. Im Winter ist es von Freitag bis Sonntag geöffnet.
@@knezowsky wann muss die Straße nicht befahrbar sein? Wenn ein Notfall ist muss die Straße befahrbar sein, der Hubschrauber ist auch da wenn er benötigt wird, die Feuerwehr kommt nicht mit dem Hubschrauber.

no problem, it is a tourist road that leads to the mountain lodge. and this one is open Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Looks like a forest road up here in NW Montana? Why would one plow a forest road, grab your skis?
Because this is a tourist route. Those who take care of and work on the mountain hut at the top drive along this road.

I’ve been plowing snow longer than you have been alive. I don’t care if the plow is articulating or not unless the ground is frozen solid and this has feet on the bottom, it is gouging the shit out of that driveway!
wopuld have been nice to see where he or she started, but no start and stop in the middle of no where, plus he needs a longer blade to keep his wheels farther from the edge.

@@matjazskocir9416 nimam bom jih pa naročil. Ampak me skrbi, kolesa so ožja in me je nekoliko strah kako bo šlo to proti pomladi ali pa v začetku zime ko ni podlaga trda. Te drsalke imajo veliko površino in jih ne požira v zemljo tudi ko je mehko.
@@knezowsky jaz mam problem tut ker plug mam podobn kot vi sam nimam nc gor ne plosc ne koles ker ko pluzm makedam morm ful gledat plug da ga skus uravnavam po tereni da ne gre nekje pr globok nekje pa kr po vrhu.
