Made this deck with steel instead of amber. Using the steel beast 6 drop that takes damage from my characters so I can then keep healing him to trigger pabbi. Deck is filthy
He is a really cool and powerful card, but in this case, I actually want to use my items for healing purposes. I guess that you could include some Magic Golden Flowers, and maybe some coconut baskets to reach a certain items treshold, but I would be worried that the deck is trying to do too many things at once. It might be worth trying out ;).
Grand Pabbie is one of these cards I've been wanting to play but I only could get 1. I'm curious to see if he'd work with healing items instead of Amber, since I play Sapphire/Emerald. Also I'd love to see your take on "realistic decks" one day. Not drastic budget decks but decks that have to compensate because they have maybe 2 Elsa and 1 Rapunzel at best, or only 1-2 copies of some of the rarest (A whole new world, Be Prepared etc.) instead of 4. Fortunately though, your videos have a been a gigantic help since I try to created decks similar to yours but with what I could get that could get! So thank you so much!!
I could try to build decks limited to my own personal collection, or something like a maximum of 1 of each Legendary, 2 or each Super Rares. I'm glad thay you are enjoying my content and finding it useful!
Sorry about that. I had to concede a game in the early turns yesterday because I had a sick kid asking for help. I hope that we will get the chance for a rematch soon!
Yes, depending on the matchup, it can be hard to resolve (or stick) Grand Pabbie to the board. Popsicle/Jasmine is nice to have pre-setup so that you don't need more-than-7-ink to get some healing in.
I was thinking of building a deck around Pabbie. It was going to be the same colour combo, but then I thought of Sapphire/Steel, Steel to damage my own characters with Robin Hood and Let the Storm, then heal with blue items and gain lore. Thoughts?
If you want to try the self-damage route, I would probably go Ruby with Teeth and Ambition as well as the 2-drop Mother Gothel. Maui is also a nice character to heal. I think that self-pinging with Robin and LetTheStormRageOn is too big of tempo investment.
@GeniusYoshi Good idea. Maybe I can heal the Mother Gothel, but damage the Legendary Donald with Teeth and Ambitions for extra lore, challenge with Queen of Hearts and Shere Khan on the board for card draw and another lore. Go the Distance to ready a damaged character and draw a card. Would that work, or is that too much?
I was impressed by Grand Pabbie. The ability to burst lore, even in small amounts it better than I expected!
Grand Pabbie is such a fun card! Could you build other decks around it?
I’m trying to build a budget deck around him and healing, and I’ve landed on some kind of seven dwarf hybrid thing. He’s fun!
I love this achetype! Thanks for making a video on this. Awesome content as usual. ;)
Thanks!

That is a really cool combination! Thanks for sharing!
Nice idea. I wonder if Flaversham could get a spot in here to. I'll give it a try.

Grand Pabbie can probably work just off of Sapphire cards. The Jasmines, Pawpcicles and Gumbo Pot seems like enough to make Grand Pabbie work.

I think I matched up with u on pixelborn but it was an instant concede when I played a tala 😢 I was hoping to get a good game with ya

hope the kid feels better soon@@GeniusYoshi
@deano-2495 Thanks!
Tried this. Was kinda hard to get to 7. And even when I got that grand pab, it was a difficult to get damaged and then heal to get that extra lore .

@@lorcanawolfe That seems like interesting and coherent synergies to me. It is worth putting a list together to try it out and see what works.
@@GeniusYoshi Thanks. I will do just that and test the deck out.
