In collaboration with Microsoft Studios for the release of the critically acclaimed game Forza Horizon 4 for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs, drum and bass tastemakers Hospital Records is releasing a first ever exclusive and bespoke soundtrack for the game.
Featuring as an in-game radio station in a Forza Horizon game for the third time, Hospital Records now also presents 20 exclusive and original tracks produced solely for Forza Horizon 4. The in-game unlockable Hospital Records radio station is hosted by label co-founders Tony Colman (London Elektricity) and Chris Goss, with featured artists including Metrik, Fred V & Grafix, Etherwood, S.P.Y, Logistics, London Elektricity, Kings Of The Rollers and more, available exclusively in the ‘Forza Horizon 4: Hospital Soundtrack’.
Forza Horizon 4 is currently available in the Ultimate Edition and will be available worldwide on Oct. 2. The full soundtrack will be available digitally and on streaming platforms on the 26th of October, with 6 tracks being cut especially for a limited edition vinyl release.

_in the early 90s my fiance died in an car accident, pregnant in 7th month. my unborn son died too. in 2014 my dad passed away of cancer. unfortunately my mom passed away too. on christmas day 2018. also cancer._
don't get me wrong. i do not whine or complain. i'm fine. i'm a balanced person.
but tracks like this make me cry sometimes...and i am really thankful for that. yes, i have great friends. they're always there for me. i love them to pieces. but tracks like _"empire"_ are like healing for me.

At first I ignored hospital records radio in FH4. Then after discovering every composition individually.... well let's just say I am in great love!
I agree wholeheartedly. Tuning into Hospital Records was the best accident my life. Back in FH2 when I noticed they added the main menu song to that Radio Station. Ahh.. Good times!
FOREAL MY DUDER, Polaris was a friend of mine and played in the Toronto scene for years and never thought he had it to get big and after years of hard work plus everyone telling him hes got it and we come out for his sets, he becomes one of the best headliners that was local to toronto and starting opening for the big guys so happy to see him get signed and be appreciated the way me and all the dancers in the tonto D&b scene did, not tryna brag just seeing where he started, to where he got himself is amazing
I always put the horizon oficial radio I don’t remember the name they have cool tunes happened same thing to me I ignore hospital record for so many long since horizon 2 but I listened to this specific song in forza 4 and holy moly this is one of the best tracks I ever heard make me move the head like if I where in a ac cd concert lol

@@jerry1402 Empire and Lessons Learned go hand in hand to be honest, Empire being a more calming, emotional song while Lessons Learned is more upbeat and hopeful.

I discovered liquid dnb in 2012 and since then it's my favorite style, mostly for running. My all time favorite track is Feint - Vision Driver, but man, this track (Empire) is completely insane. It's just so much thought in it...hard to put in words. From the first to last second everything is right, there is not a moment of an "average" note. I'm completely hooked on it.
There are always in life some melodies that impacts our souls, making us alive, and for me, this track is one of it. Thank you Polaris for this gem. Really thank you.
I was so happy when I found out there's going to be a Hospital records radio in the game, Polaris as always has shown what he's capable of, huge big ups from Greece.
The entire series had Hospital Records, for me, that's what makes Forza so special to me..
