Kane is a pretty cool dude. It’s funny how people, myself included , have alot of preconceptions about a person. Before you ever really know them or get to know them. I know we don’t know him personally, but overall just from seeing him in media interviews and shit. Seems like a down too earth laid back guy.
The consensus on him is that he has a swagger but very laid back guy. The on ice play is where he gets his swagger obviously, I remember the story Kirby Dach told after he was drafted he was walking in the United center and he was walking past kane for the 1st time ever and Kane just put out his fist towards him for a fist bump and just said “Kaner” to Dach. Definitely laid back with swagger
I have no doubt really that he was a douche back in the day, and his controversies kind of paint a picture honestly. But yeah seems like hes matured a lot which is good for everyone.

Can't say I personally know any Hawks fans who are bitter about the DET move. Most Hawks fans appreciate and respect Kane for what he did in Chicago. The Wings/Hawks rivalry died in 2013 after Game 7. I think both fan bases understand and accept that. PK88 fan for life.
