Bonadelle has had these floorplans for over a decade without any updates to modernize them and it shows. This lot/home looks to have been spec'd out to be the bare minimum with no upgrades except the "casita" that you were trying to refer to, but you did make me smile calling it Mi Casa. Bonadelle's Bianca plan is one of their timeless plans but still requires some updates but I'm glad they are still making it for those looking for big homes. The Loft in this Oak plan is difficult because most people use the loft for a second entertainment room with another TV but because of the odd window placements there is no wall to put a TV without awkwardly blocking the window and that is an interior design cringe. I could also tell this was a bare bones home simply by all the carpet in the main living areas on the first floor. Should've done all LVP or at least all updated tile and not that basic one included that is shown. It really makes the home feel "cheap" for being $570K. Also no backsplash in 2022 for this price of a new home in fresno area is weird. It is nice to see these are still on pretty big lots.
Compare that to where some of these people are coming from. They could be coming from the Bay Area where they are paying $800K for a 1000 sq ft 30 year old unrenovated house in a bad neighborhood. This home is a steal for them even with high rates.

Are first time buyers actually buying with these terrible rates? 500k + in Clovis/fresno doesn’t seem like a deal.

@@moialder252 yes, I agree. These homes unfortunately aren’t being built for the people in the Central Valley.
@@Maggie4213 Yes, we just bought a Deyoung and it’s even more expensive. I hate Covid!
