- In this video I went hunting for vintage toys at the thrift store and ended up scoring some GI JOE!! …but not the type of GI JOE that you think!
I was excited for this thrift store find!
This is one type GI JOE I did not have in my collection!

Nice Gi Joe score Burf! I'm always on the lookout for anything GI Joe as well. My son and I went to the Retro Toy Con hosted by Toy Federation this past weekend. I picked up the Gi Joe 1982 collectors' case, a complete 1984 Firefly with file card and a complete Cobra Commander version 2 as well as a few other items.

Any time you find anything Joe related is a good day. I scored an Drednoks lot today Burf. 22 figures with accessories, the Thunder Machine, a more recent Trice, some had matching stands and about 40 of the stands total. I think most of the figures are from 2008-2011 but the Thunder Machine is 80s. I also got lucky lately with a couple good shape vehicles on ebay that went really low. I already had an 12 inch Snakeeyes vs Stormshadow with a few big accessory blisters, Walmart Joes, an 50th 3 pack I got a while back and a pretty cool Lanard vehicle pack that showed up on ebay well under what they usually sell for. There will be 2 happy nephews. I did look up the one figure with the cinderblock warhammer and it was complete and has some value but it doesn't matter much as they will be played with.
