Wow. Even way back during the Toybiz days collecting action figures must have been great. Just the base alone is something we will probably never get with a Hasbro ML. I believe Toybiz's agenda all along was to make adult fans of their products collectors, thus they made their products with collectors in mind. That is a big difference between Hasbro ML and Toybiz ML. I do not have this product, yet if I did this would be my Man-Thing despite the new offering from Hasbro. This product has more detail & paint in it then 10 of those new Man-Things. I do have the BAF however, so I am not Man-Thing-less (thank Gawd). Even the BAF has more sculpt to it (just like this one has) then the new offering. Great video Geek!
I collected these when they came out. Great sculps, great paint apps, great movement, chase figures, all for around Canadian $8.00, bought several for $1.00 also. These toys put Marvel back into mainstream.........
I love this figure. One of a handful of Toy Biz figures I still have on display. I might have to still leave it out even if the Legends version is better.

It's crazy how some of these Toy Biz figures are up to 22 years old, yet still hold up or even surpass much more recent offerings.

@@georgebladyko7124 8 loonies eh? Can't get a double-double and a box of timbits for that nowadays
Feels like Hasbro took 2 steps forward and 5 steps back over the years
Yeah, it sure does a lot of the time...

A friendly word of caution - be careful where you leave your Man-Thing out. Especially when it is cold. Shrinkage. 😀
@@JayWoods483"He took IT......out." 😂
@@dahhmlife ahahaha - I wouldn't want any Man Hands touching my Man-Thing either.
Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?!?!?!? LOL
I never hesitate to whip out my man-Thing or my swamp monster as it is known in some circles!
