It's not true , I scored 97.3% (jee mains) jn jan attempt 2024 , my friend scored 99.84% and he was not studying for 16hrs . We both are in same batch of our coaching and i was getting around 180-190 in mocks but due to silly mistakes i got 160 , he was scoring 200+ and he got around 235 marks. We both were in same shift (30th jan shift 2)

Because I am also starting from scratch and was wondering that most of my day goes on watching lectures and Somewhat active learning. You can attain maximum of concentration either using medicine or meditation. I first used medicine which give you instant focus but after quitting it you will be the same that you used to be. Sometimes it has some adverse effect also but depends on the individual’s health conditions. But if you go through meditation it may took little longer time but it’s permanent and no side effects.Now I practice meditation which really give me a fruitful results. And most importantly meditation always keep you detached. If you do practice meditation for more than 2 years you may have gain some spirituality and it would be very hard to attract to any person based on their looks.
Dont ever try to have medicines to concentrate. It has really bad long term effects. Might seem normal now but harms u in some way or the other. Glad that u chose meditation over it. Never return to the medication path ever again. Better not to concentrate and study to an extent that ruins your health. Health is wealth buddy.
