I'm fairly certain that's just an auditory illusion/hallucination or whatever you want to call it. Basically, you've heard the Discord ping sound so much that now your brain stretches to hear it in things that are even remotely similar to it (similar to how humans see faces in things that even vaguely resemble faces). For example, I've had the same experience with the Steam ping, hearing those pings in songs that were made decades before Steam just because a synth played a note in just the right way. Of course this is all just my personal conjecture, it could be that Nekura snuck in a discord ping just to fuck with people, but since I don't hear it in this song (I don't use discord much), I'm assuming it's due to what I just described.

I just came across it again, it's from No Game No Life, episode 11. It's Shiro coming to the realization that the simulation they find themselves in is not the real Tokyo, and so she says "(We're) inside a game?" Really clean line to sample as there are no other background sounds to worry about.
