I always imagined that a Flame Hawkfish would sound more like the Greedy version of Daffy Duck. It would fit the personality to boot. This is exactly how I imagine one would sound and act. ua-cam.com/video/RKMNPQ35OUc/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
My flamehawkfish is my favourite fish in my tank. He's been with me through thick and thin + a velvet disease once before. He survived. Trooper. They have actual personalities. He is an absolute pig as well. He will eat 3 fishes worth of food.
Thank You. Hopefully they will be a good addition to your reef. They can be a bit aggressive towards other fish and can be problematic for shrimp though.
Generally they are one of the easier to care for saltwater fish. They do eat more so you will have to feed more heavily to ensure that all fish get fed. So you do need to stay on top of water quality to keep up with the extra food.
Your voice sounds like what I imagine a Flame Hawkfish would sound like.

Yes, mine definitely has a unique personality. Decided on his first night in the tank that a Tuxedo Urchin made a good perch.
Very nice, I just ordered a matched pair, will have them next week :-)

Man, it looks fantastic! Would any viewers like to comment on how hard these are to care for?

This is still all in the 36 gallon bowfront you have?
No, I upgraded from the 36 gallon bowfront to a 90 gallon with a 29 gallon sump about 6 years ago.
How is he with shrimp
