Some asked: "ISACA don’t accept podcast or UA-cam. They have mentioned details in their CPE policy. Also BrightTalk, LinkedIn Learning, PluralSight, Udemy or any other online learning platform that do not provide printed CPE on to their certificate aren’t accepted by ISACA. You may need to check that again." And you said you were going to review and adjust accordingly. Any updates?
Thanks great vid. I'm already a CISM and am doing my CPE log for the first time this year of being certified. Since passing my CISM, I have self-studied (not using a structured online course or material) for my CISSP - mainly reading tons of books and doing exam papers. I passed the CISSP exam too. How many CPEs is that? I did well over 100 hours of self-study. Does the exam itself carry additional CPEs? A steer would be welcome.
Rohit Surya yes. Those courses are great too. You don’t need to take or get a cert for it to count. Just need it to be cyber related (unless you do group b). It’s even better because you will get auditable evidence of your course completion. Let it fly Rohit!
if i watch 30 episodes of darnet diaries, what do i do if i get audited? how can i prove that I watched those episodes? that is my biggest fear. I am new to CPE and really scared and lost as to where to get cpes .

Thanks! Can you link to that in comments here. When I reviewed the policies I didn’t see that and did see verbiage that qualified this type of stream. Thanks for the assistance and providing the links to that.

Very helpful! Thank you!
This is informative. All the ways that you mentioned, do these certification bodies accept them?
informative as usual!
Thanks for taking time to comment and watching. I strive for consistency.
Can I use the Udemy completion Certificate for the ISACA certificate CPE?

CISSP should be good enough to fulfill your CPE for the year IIRC
Good stuff. If I do a 30 hrs LinkedIn learning course let’s say for ccsp does that count as 30 CPE even if I don’t take the ccsp exam?

Will I get the GRC Masterclass certificate? How?

Every cert body will have policy and definitions for what qualifies. Just stick to that
