Thanks, yes it's on easy but I have a video on hard on my channel, but they actually parry on easy aswell, you have to do some ai manipulation so they don't parry, or at least less

does anyone know how to do the turnbuckle combo? is it just rapidly pressing triangle or smth else?

In the tutorial it's by being at the right distance so when House gets knock back at the turnbuckle and you punch him right away it will have this effect.
In general you can do it by doing a block cancel at the end of the 3-hits string, like "punch, punch, punch, block, repeat" you can do an infinite combo like this but you gotta be quick.
