no this is the original ps2 version psp hardware is not as powerful as the ps2's so they had to lower the polygons count on the charecters and back grounds on the psp version.

go to arcade mode am play for like five hours straight OR u can go to story mode and get him but the story mode doesnt always work....good luck
Win a total of at least 200 cumulative matches on either Story, Arcade, Survival, Time Attack, or Team Battle. Or just complete Devil Within Mode
