Feel you on dealing with restaurants and all of their hoops, plus them not wanting to pay a fair rate for product / service. The company I work for realized that it was not worth the time and effort to do so. They mainly call us for floor and carpet cleaning. If they decline our not-going-down rate, doesn't hurt our feelings. The time windows to complete the work and do a really good job is challenging and their floors are always the worst and dirtiest to deal with. Not worth the time and effort. It's been way better to cater to easier clients who are willing to pay our rate and pay on time.
After watching your channel for several years we are going to go through the (3) Playlists you have created to re-watch again. Hopefully as mentioned to Amanda we are hoping you can create a “start to present” playlist of your UA-cam journey until now. It will make it easier for new subscribers to find and catch up. What a journey! To get to market.....And you hadn't even loaded the first of many transportation vehicles. Lots of hard work, which to be fair, is paying off in this instance (as it should). It is however rarely the case in life , but focusing on markets was the key, to unlocking that door. Now you MUST move, earlier than planned by 18 months. l think this brought about stress from others could be a blessing in disguise. The location plot you found, whilst driving around, was caused by this situation , it should perfectly place you in the Downtown district. And just like the repayments you make on the van, which you see keeping after the term, could also repay in that building cost . Allowing yourselves to grow for the future, and not to be impeded by any outside influences. But l will say at this point, if this is completed, with God's help and Polish Power , l would rest there, consider what l have, both business and family....And nurture them both, as they both will fulfill you, as indeed they should. Oh and l would grab with both hands the once in a lifetime chance, to fit AC in your bakery. In my short experience (7years) it never crossed anyone's mind, especially the owner, who never had to stand at a 450c oven📿
Check into Mercedes box cars for horses. The box can be easily cleaned and changed but those things are immensely well made and chances are that luxury utility vehicles like these may be available for cheap soon.
You inspired me to rethink about the courses I have taken at George Brown College in baking you and marksinclairsbakery watching the two of you work makes me think about where I work in a Grocery store we have a bakery and I would also ask the bakery manager many questions about getting a bakery started up and he suggested that I start ot up small in farmers markets i hope i haven't bothered you in any way sorry if i have from Canada Toronto Ontario Etobicoke North 🇨🇦 domenico monteleone

I've had that Ciabatta fight with more chefs than I can count. Same with Turkish, Brioche, Croissants...
