She makes it feel so real. She's really in front of us. (or well, technically she is?)

Ikr! She’s one of the few out there that actually manage to pull this off with convincing binaural triggers

I have a friend thats a doctor and I am always asking her about things doctors do and why they do them. About 8 years ago I had a broken tooth which got infected and I ended up with lockjaw. I cannot explain the pain of lockjaw, its just something else. Anyways a couple of weeks after getting sorted i had a checkup with my GP and during the exam she asked me to do a few of the things that are in this video. A few days later i was talking to my doctor friend and asked her about the nose touching thing, the pretend your chewing gum thing and a few others. Some of them are very important for checking the muscles in the face but to my surprise she told me that a few of them are more for just making the patient relax. Apparently things like the "touch your nose" causes us to relax the rest of our face because it distracts us and when we are distracted we relax. Damn doctors be just messing with our head.

If you only knew how much you ease anxiety, depression and allow the viewers to just "be". You help people to fall asleep, calm down thoughts, process the day and everything in-between.
    Thank you 🤍

Always very lovely and thorough thought out with your asmr style with cute voice and pretty of course too😜 but one thing I've been noticing latley on ur vids is the trigger word "amazing" I think 🤔..a bit too much,Sophie, I would recommend "wonderful" instead, or something like such..it's a little more common used in such a pinch in this situation not so overdone being described of how one is or reacts or taking the exam..a bit more casual when talking to your patient or asmr person viewer 😅☺"🤍💙"😘👌🏻
