Hi Clare, This was good to see how you approach your design work through using sketchup and layout. I am currently trying to put a plan together for my employer, proposal to recreate a space for a Tech Hub. I have dabbled a we bit with sketch up but I am struggling to put everything together in layout as I haven't really used before. Your layouts are very clear and well presented. As you mentioned you are trying to create a vision for the client and I think sketchup combined with layout is good for that.

Kindly explain please if you are making tiles, are you just resizing the texture or you are creating the tile first and then applying texture? Thanks 🙏

I find a texture of the tile and readjust for sizing - thanks for watching!
