Thank you David! Ive done quite a few desserts over the years. They don't always perform the greatest so it's not worth it from a business standpoint. Theres no harm in trying again though!
When I'm air frying stuff like potatoes or tofu or diced chicken breast, rather than just shaking it, I turn it out into the original mixing bowl and give it a good stir to pick up any remaining bits of the flavouring etc. Then back into the air fryer.

Hey just letting you know that the recipe in the description is quite off the recipe in the video which made it hard for me to keep up as I prepped my ingredients beforehand. Eg having dried oregano, 2 tbsp or 1.5 tablespoons of oil, etc.
I’m counting calories through an app so it’s not a big deal for me personally but others who may count just off of the video alone will see differences too.

Don't be like me, and remember, that when you peel potatoes, it actually reduces its weight.
not convinced here, the potatoes become soggy and wet because of the water which will come out of the meat and tomato sauce.
Like I said in the video, reduce the sauce for longer. Potatoes are always going to become soggy if you put meat sauce over the top regardless
Just cook it longer that's all you have to do. He's just giving you the recipe but you have to adjust it to your liking

freezing potatoes is not a good idea
Well, my supermarket sells FROZEN duck fat roasted potatoes that just need the finishing off cooking. Yummm.
You calculated the calories wrong I'm afraid, you show 30ml of olive oil for the potatoes but only calculate with 10ml for the 1.2kg of potatoes, so that's about 170 calories missing.
Everything is put through my fitness pal and all ingredients are accounted for.
@@ChefJackOvens The overview at 4:25 shows 10ml of olive oil and at 1:32 you show 30ml of olive oil (for the potatoes), so one of them is wrong either way.
