- Incandescent is Overpowered with Prismatic. Incandescent catches enemies on fire after every kill. Pair this with the void hunter aspect, stylish executioner, to turn invisible every time you kill a debuffed enemy. This applies to every kind of debuff now, including void suppression, stasis slow, and you guessed it, solar scorch. So now, with an incandescent weapon, just about every kill will turn you invisible and there’s literally no setup required. Just shoot, turn invisible, shoot more, turn invisible. It’s kind of crazy.

@@GreyWolf-cw4wjthat’s very easy. I mean we have multiple weapons with class tied usage like slice or unraveled for strand. Slow is pretty easy especially with dusk field grenades. We have seasonal artifact mod that creates a burst of slow for killing a slowed target

I love it, rely on it as my main nade and use dusk field as my second to trap the big guy for gold gun nighthawk shot 👌 paired with verglass for the perfect ad clear one stasis shot in the center clears the room, gamble ready as well as hail barrage it’s honestly really good
How do you glitch it with it being stuck onto your hand when your not going to use it??

Tbh incandescent has been broken even off of pris. Especially since for some stupid god damn reason they thought poison was too overpowered on osteo, so they gave it a cooldown. That gun isn't even that busted. At least they left my precious necrotics alone
Incandescent is kinda mid. Having the kill requirement made it so much worse beacuse it forces you to kill four enemies close to eachother which makes it fall off veeery hard. In early to mid game it's very good and even a little bit into late game it's decent but definitely not op.
They nerfed osteo for the pvp factor

@davigomesantunes6097 necrotics are not broken. I play them as my main build and they are not at all broken. They can clear basic trash mobs and add little bit of damage to melees. For an exotic armor, that's not that strong. Yeah they're fun and generally good but broken isn't even close to accurate. My thing with Incandescent is that it has tons of synergy with solar subclasses and is a basic legendary perk!

I've been a hunter main for 10 years. Arc hunter has absolutely nothing on void hunter when it comes to invisibility or survivability. It's not even close. Anyone who has any experience with this game knows that. Arc hunter falls off a cliff in endgame content.
Especially since assassin's cowl doesn't proc off of regular melees with combination blow active.
As I said before, dumbest take I've seen in a long time. You are just objectively wrong.

Sure, it's a solar explosion, but it lacks the actual keyword, which means it lacks several key synergies that would make it crazy good for buildcrafting. Firefly IS fun to use with Chromatic Fire though.

Also works with chill clip even if u kill the target with the first burst, where enemy received at least 2 bolts per burst. Like - shoot a guy with chill clip fusion - get invis

Finally, I can use my favorite solar weapon and it can be viable
Skyburners, Prometheus, Polaris Lance, Sunshot. Basically any Solar exotic that has a way to apply Scorch to a target

Essentially since they reworked stylish executer it has become amazing as ANY elemental debuff works. And there are some easy ways to apply these debuff s with certain weapons. The debuff for those who don't know are [Jolted, Scorch, suppress, weaken, slow, sever, and I believe suspend and frozen also count.] This means perks like chill clip, volt shot, destabilizing rounds, incandescent and slice will allow you to get invisible and true sight with that weapons.
Also certain exotics can do these effects even easier like Polaris lance or wicked implement.
That version of stylish is only in prismatic btw, it's still in its OG form on void, so incan won't work on it if you play void hunter, I saw a lot of people confused about this so I always add the footnote where I can haha

Still wished they would've allowed Aspects to go between classes, just imagine Stylish on a Warlock, Consecration on a Hunter or Feed the Void on a Titan, the builds would be awesome.

I have Lunas Howl with incandescent and subsistence. It’s so powerful. I almost never have to reload and all adds just burn and explode. Definitely overpowered and I love it
I found out doing campaign with zaoulis bane explosive payload incandescent and it was cooking (I approve)

I was calling this interaction as soon as they announced Prismatic. Glad I wasn't wrong. Did you know that this also works with Devour on Warlock? But you actually have to get a kill with scorch or jolt to trigger Devour.
At least it's somewhat balanced to compensate for absence of devour on Prismatic which would make Hunter absolutely busted.
Dude I can't wait until the exotic class items. Then I'll get woven mail on grenade usage paired with inmost light for grenade uptime

"Incandescent." Whilst my favorite elemental perk, any debuff weapon perk works, destabilizing is overpowered, slice and hatchling, which both appear on the new sidearm, are overpowered, joltshot is overpowered, but this guy is like, "There is only fire."

Its definitely crazy strong been running duskfield with the throwing knives and the ascension class ability the amount of debuffs you apply now is awesome and going invisible every second is great for survivability the versatility with prismatic is so nice its really giving that feeling of being a badass powerful guardian chosen by the traveler to stop the witness i havent had time to finish it on my titan and warlock but man i cant wait the start of the launch was rough but this DLC is great so far

EVERYTHING is op with prismatic lol. Just the fact that most prerequisites for fragments and aspects are universal(by that I mean for example it taking ANY elemental debuff instead of specific ones) and many are “moldable” cause the change effect based on your super allows for some crazy shenanigans.

Incandescent is basically Volatile now but just a different color and added DOT. I'm afraid of saying that it is OP because we've had this kind of functionality with other subclasses before (Gyrfalcons)
Yeah, basically now everything that worked great is broke with prismatic. Similar situation is for warlock with the devour fragment, now basically everything we kill it heals us
every OTHER kill. spread scorch by killing one enemy in a group, then kill the one next to it that's now burning to go invis. sounds like a nitpick, but forgetting that costs ya a life every now and then

the arc melee build is also insane, it’s a literal dodge, melee, restore health build and i don’t usually do things like that bad damn
liars handshake is insane. with winters shroud and stylish executioner, + a one-two punch shotgun? also pairs super well with any weapon that rolls Slice, like The Call.
@@blackdragonsaber7956 i don’t really use shotguns tbh, been looking for a good one if you have any suggestions, currently just a scout rifle, sunshot. but yes, i just put it on this morning and its nuts. also the call, not a bad weapon im just not used to using weapons like it. i’d rather not lose the sunshot so any suggestions for a shotgun or maybe just the call? something in the kinetic slot. preferably to help gain dark for subclass

Combining that with the stasis aspect makes a killer liars build

Everything is OP with Prismatic. It's literally pay to win. They do deserve it, but I don't feel like spending another $180 on this game just to get a 4hr campaign and really nothing else.
I would like it if in the future, they allow you to chose ANY of the old Supers to be Prismatic. Warlock with the Prismatic Stasis Super just doesn't feel as satisfying as a Prismatic Nova Warp would've been.
And why don't roots & mycelial networks emanate from Prismatic Discharge, as it did in the cutscenes & landscape?
I love your content and your community, but can you do me a favor? Please reduce the amount of "overpowered" on your vocabulary... it honestly just hurts the quality ans validity of your content when using an aspect and a perk (as simple as putting a surge and a timer extender on) has a whole short by itself and labeled as overpowered. I do think this is good info for new lights yes, but not like this. Maybe a "top X fun things you can try with Prismatic", since it's such a game changer with the verbs, even old players are getting surprised when their debuffed enemies spawn stuff
I have an Ammit AR2, which is Level 118 with Incandescent. I run that with my Solar titan with Phoenix Cradle. My legendary auto rifle might as well be an exotic and the explosions create sunspots that heal me, give me solar weapon damage buffs, and have increased duration. Essentially, I'm invincible and make everything burn like Judgemental Day.
Considering Nightstalker basically only had Gyrfalcon's if you didn't want to be a Tether-bot, this has basically been the standard loop of Nightstalkers since Gyrfalcon's came out. Go invis, get Volatile, go invis... Everyone's (especially non-Hunters are saying it's OP), but it's practically been in the game for at least a year now
So, here's a neat trick for content creators, don't say OVERPOWERED, bungie will nerf it into unusability, it will become a worthless perk. Just say "hey guys here's a fun build to try" or "here's a neat interaction" that everyone knew. Because we can read at a 2nd grade level.
THAT’S what “Stylish Executioner” means?! Goddesses, searched for days trying to find the definition only for this random short from a channel I’ve never seen (so random UA-cam recommendation) finally define it as “any kill on a debuffed enemy”. Now I can actually understand it, thanks.
I've been using this since realizing that stylish executioner is already unlocked in the campaign. Great for survivability, doesn't do much else though, even when pairing with graviton. Also, it's worth mentioning there is somewhat of an internal cooldown, there's been many instances where I won't go invisible after a kill on a debuffed target, it's hard to say how long, maybe half a second or a second.
Try the legacy scout rifle "Oxygen-(something)" it has dragonfly and a special perk called 'Meganeura' that basically supercharges dragonfly and makes things go BOOM!!! Seriously, I blew up an entire squad in crucible with one single detonation.
I don't think it's fair to call this overpowered when you could literally do this exact same thing on void with a destabilizing rounds weapon. that's without mentioning gyrfalcons, which basically gives an infinite loop on invisibility. prismatic is more versatile, sure, but that's exactly what it's supposed to be.
just use
GRAVITON FORFEIT, you can stay invisible forever without a kill, just vibing, plus gives you 100 recov, 100 reload, 400% melee regeneration rate, or 800% if you are near 2 enemies.
I got a god-roll for my exotic class item for my Hunter. Powered Melee or Finishers grant me invisibility, and whenever I leave invisibility I get volatile rounds. But paired with that Stylish Executioner aspect I basically already have infinite invisibility and volatile rounds.
Sooo showcase how broke it is in a gm Ill wait ? Where you getting the healing and or DR + Dmg amp needed to burn champs before they can recover from a stun ? I’ll wait…. I’m also just being a jerk I remember when I first got into destiny also every discovery was like gold. Keep at it and show the witness no mercy.

Vids like this is why things get nerffed lol. Cant just call everything OP if it's not game breaking, plus lets be real the only peoeple who get butt hurr over these builds will be PVP not PVE......Well of course Salt will but he cries over anything
Stop calling things overpowered all the time. Content creators ruin good to fun builds because braindead devs take their clickbait titles seriously. That’s why nerfs always happen for no reason. Having too much fun? Build needs a nerf. Thanks man.
I literally use my big 3 solar weapons (sun shot, zaoulis bane, summoner) with incandescent and shred thru ads and champions with the new strand sidearm the call. Loadout slaps with prismatic. Run tether and dragons breath aswell with the setup and your a damage conduit 😭🔥🔥
While stylish executioner is really strong in prismatic, incandescent is honestly not remotely the go to imo, for one volt shot does more dmg generally and 2ndly prismatic hunter have so many buffs to melee that if your playing prismatic hunter you more or less wont use your weapons anyway and just use infinate use combo blow and doadge.
Those fallen must be confused af seeing their comrades pop and disintegrate
This version of stylish executioner is hands down the strongest aspect they’ve released since the 3.0 updates. It is RIDICULOUSLY OP. I pray they let us have fun and don’t nerf it into the ground.
I hate all these overpowered videos and stuff is broken..... The point is you are a guardian and are supposed to feel powerful..... everytime these videos come out ,bungie responds with an extreme nerf,and then everyone complains about that
If you have Incandecent on Lunas Howl w/Prismatic and Stylish on, it’s a breeze clearing ads. Add Assassins Cowl and put on the shurikens and it’s a good build for ad clear and staying alive

Another good Prismatic combo is Combination Blow and Threaded Spectre. I added Gunpowder Gamble for the extra AOE ADS clear, but my build is still a work in progress.
I think this makes titan the worst with prismatic, I felt it was actively a detriment to have to use prismatic instead of bonk or banner, especially now that theres a new exotic for banner.
But on a different note, this sounds like a great time to use collective obligation
U can have a arc buddy stasis turret and if u use the no time to explain get that lil orb up 2. So 3 buddy's shooting just came up with it last night needs more tweaks. Going to add tmsoemthing with thredling perk
Warlock getaway artist gauntlets let you consume arc grenade for an upgraded arcsoul. Use aspects feed the void which gives you devour constantly and you have unlimited over soul and grenade basically all the time.
Also now with the exotic class item if you get a roll with the gyrfalcon trait you can have unlimited volatile rounds for your void guns and if I’m not wrong that adds a debuf and then that makes you invisible again and it’s just a never ending loop
To be honest ever since they brought this perk to the game, I’ve loved it ever since I dreamed to have a weapon to drop this along with Firefly and explosive rounds lol especially with the new strand side arm that you get with this expansion
It’s not actually useful though, everyone goes on about this easy synergy but cool you’re going invisible on dregs and low rank mobs

Ugh, just when i thought i was the only dude who noticed..i also use bombardier legs, so the dodge can debuff, and then the bombardier, finish him, and you can ger out of there with finesse and taking their women, invisibly
This also applies to warlock and Devour. It is insanely OP to be able to heal, after getting ANY elemental kill, not just void. Firefly also works well with this.
I'm so disappointed with this new glitched doctrine... realy just looks like they gave up and said, "Screw this lets make a mix of all existing and call it something new"
ascent fragment with the chest exotic is basically like a way more fun invis dodge as long as you have trash mobs below you or you finish off any you've jolted. Sooo fun
Hey here's a thought. Prismatic is really varied and fun right now. Let's not get it nerfed into the ground already with titles like "overpowered" because it's easy clicks
Volatile rounds works better since you can apply the debuff to any enemy without having to kill near another one I use aegirs and a void weapon with gyrfalcons and it’s so dang good
Also works with slice, destablizing rounds, jolt shot, chill clip, and headstone. They all aply debuffs on enemies under circumstances.
Osteo Striga seems another ridiculous pairing, being able to poison dozens of trash mobs and then having a chance to melee finish a major or 3 while the trash mobs are slowing withering.
Pair that set up with Gyrfalcons and now were cooking buddy. Get it.... COOKING!.... I'll escort myself outta here.
Can we not call everything in the game that is good overpowered or broken? It feels like it's every content creators goal to get everything even remotely fun nerfed into the ground.
It gets even better if you have Gyrfalcons or the cloak with the same perk. That combo + Graviton lance makes for a devastating add clear build.

Inc. is powerful even on it's own. I especially like it on my Throne-Cleaver. Tryna get the craftable to put on unrelenting for health

Woth the right combo you can throw stasis shurikens at enemies and become radiant and invis and they are slowed.
Also workd with Ascension.
Ngl prysmatic feels less cool then light or dark subclasses like yeah okey i can use a fire nade and stasis melee but it aint AS drippy as just stasis or fire
I have an infinite invisibility for void but it has to be a lot of enemies that I can finish as well as I have to time it correctly for my dodge to recharge the melee
Dont worry, Bungle will make it useless soon. When videos like this start getting made Bungle scrambles for the nerf button.
But what's the point of that much invis. Especially when you proc when making kills, you usually want to continue shooting.
Why would you need invisible while shouting at the enemy? The next shot cancelled your invisible and you had to keep shooting.
They did this with world of warcraft, blur the lines between roles and dumb the game down that much that it becomes pointless.

Void hunter has 2 debuffs and a dodge to turn invisible at the drop of a hat. This just gives Prismatic one more way to do so.
