Hi, thanks for watching. Yes, sales have been very steady in this community. In fact, there were 3 standing inventory homes that had some really great incentives. I had a buyer who was interested, drove back to CA, and by the time she decided to proceed a few days later, all 3 of the standing inventory homes sold over the weekend. @@TheStarkTeamRealEstate Ok. Was really curious, that's all. Im in the market to buy a home within the year. A townhome for 400k was a bit steep, especially with the square footage. I've looked at some newer houses in the Centennial area that start around 400 and go up from there, so I was a bit perplexed on people paying so much for a townhome. I understand it's Henderson, but man, they have some rich blood asking prices for such little area. I'll add you to my sub button if I see any other's you show that get me interested. @@nervyodds3937 thanks for the sub! The location of this particular townhome is why the Pricepoint is higher. The median prices of homes in Vegas have gone up and last month they got $447K, which is down from the high, but up from previous months. We definitely are experiencing an affordability issue which is why you will start seeing more attached homes in the $400K range. Please feel free to reach out anytime.
