Bucket growing some potatoes is definitely on my to-do list. Yours look like they're coming on great and it's got to be easier when it comes to harvest time. Just tip each one onto a sieve sheet over a barrow and brush through the dirt to save for another use.

Hope it works out, it was just an idea I had (thinking about your compost sieve) so it might not work!
