Finally got the courage to do this one and I loved it! Managed everything except the one armed bridge - even (after a hilarious first attempt!) the jacknife corkscrew. Would never have believed a year ago that I could do these moves - all down to you, Rachel 👍

Ok, you got me, made me guffaw when you said AFTER my disastrous corkscrew jackknife attempts 😅🤣🤣Actually, I managed a few, but then toward the last one, moving my legs to the right, my ataxia side, they didn’t quite want to go over my head again, kind of flopped sideways…oh well, my seal puppies are better than ever!🦭🦭as you always tell us, we’re stronger than we think we are!!😊 I’ve tried this one a few times since you first put it out, it’s a great barometer to see where I’m at - thank you keeping us challenged, and helping this 55+ year old brain tumor patient recover so much better and further than I thought possible!🥰😉🤗💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Inspired by the intermediate, I did it! Corkscrew jackknife was a disaster, but everything else went well. Thank you for inspiring me to challenge my body and for making me realise the strength that I have.
