I am going to Egypt for the first time next month. After watching this video, I have decided that I will have a zero tipping policy in all places except restaurants, which is the international norm. If they are offended, too bad. The expectation of a tip is offensive.
Dear, if you are in all inclusive resort give tip at the beginning to the restaurant floor boss and to the person that serve you at the table, I can assure you that everyday you will have super service!close to the end of the vacation tip them again. Very very important is to tip the guys that are cleaning your room, even more important than the restaurant people…if you do the cleaning will be impeccable…if you don’t…try to imagine…you know what I mean…I’m telling this from experience.
