Ayyy thanks for showcasing! Me and my team worked very hard on getting this into the state that it’s in currently, and we aren’t even finished with improvements yet. I’m just glad we could release a version that is playable from beginning to end without noclip and very little visual bugs.
Im sure im not the only one that likes the old ver more than the actual ver, i know all the copyright troubles that were aside, but the old Woodkid will be a legendary level in the GD history

The other one is supposedly Woodkid (the band that made this song) did not give Jakerz permission to use it. The new rendition is working to remove the copyright art though idk what they can do about the band situation.
Putting aside all of the negative history with this level, this level is absolutely insane. The art (even if it was stolen) still looks VERY good and goes along with the theme and song. SPEAKING OF THE SONG, this level is just so grand (as someone else put it) and I can;t help but agree with that. I LOVE the song and the level so it just makes this whole thing a dream come true to finally see a version out (maybe) that isn't a bad auto version or one with 10 trillion objects (and all of the stuff as well). Not gonna lie, if anyone were to try and beat this, this level (it being so difficult, long, and intense) must be SOOOOO stressful, and yet so empowering. Bro idk why I started rambling, but whatever, this level is amazing and was my favorite level in the game BY A LANDSLIDE years ago and still kind of is today. I like it so much man. :D

The best version of Woodkid. The new one is pretty good but the gameplay feels so slow and deprived of rhythm compared to the old one, especially considering how brutal & fast paced the song gets
To be honest the first part is worse than old woodkid. Middle part is WAYY like WAYY better than old woodkid and matches the song. But after the legend text thing the old woodkid does it way better
i think this is the best GD 2.1 level if it's actually verified. The design, colors, pacing, music matching, the shock effect, all combined and sync together perfectly. it's just.. flawless

This bring backs memories I still remember that this was the best and hardest level ever imo and after several years this just an average level with top 10 looking gameplay

I completely forgot about this level, but I will forever love it juat for introducing me to Woodkid, Mr. Yoann Lemoine is a goddamn artist and his music is incredible. I also hate the misconception that Woodkid is a band when its actually just one French guy who looks a lot like Binging With Babish lmaoo

I took a part in fixing this level, and I spent ~20 hours in total botting and re-botting it, so I have memorized it's gameplay already, and I tell you, I'd rather bot Orochi 10 times in a row than bot this thing once. This level is harder than unnerfed Slaughterhouse, Misanthrope, and Eternal Night. It's impossible for now, as simple as that.

The gameplay could use some work tho I get the feeling it doesnt sync at all aside from the awesome transitions, but oh well i like it regardless, after all it's been around for so long it brings back memories so i can't get mad
People in the comments saying that it’s a shame it hasn’t been verified yet. It will probably never be verified or won’t be verified for years to come. There are so many frame perfects/near frame perfects that I had a hard time playing it on 0.2 speed. If this was verified it would be the most unmatched top 1 of all time.

This level has problematic gameplay to play, as well as severe copyright issues, but it looks so goddamn grand
