Just some bias based on decades in large corps, the root cause of most work conflict is disagreement over whose job it is to do X. Often this is caused by managers wanting to expand their footprint and telling their team to lead an effort that another manager is in charge of. Because the conflict is viewed as interpersonal between the employees, it never gets escalated above the “they just don’t like each other” stage. Mid-level managers can headlock organizations.
Same. My boss makes work, literally, impossible spreading rumours and defaming me for absolutely no reason at all. It's just destroying my soul at this point, honestly, I'm about to quit as there seems to he no hope at all.
