I have a question how often shoudl i wash my hair for example monday tuesday wendsay??
You should wash your hair every two weeks. It’s mainly dependent on your hair and scalps needs. For example, if you have a more oily scalp, you can feel free to wash your hair once a week but on average, I would recommend once every two weeks.
So if you wash on Tuesday, you wait 13 days, then wash your hair again on Tuesday.

in the video you said doing the rosemary oil treatment before or after wash day. but you also said that when you do the treatment you should wait 15-30 mins and shampoo afterwards. so if you are doing this after the wash day you would end up shampooing twice?@@kozact
