    Hi lilie, you are a strong maypul! I like the ideas of using up b oos and the ledge attack for punishing some Ranno recovery options. I'm sure you've experienced from this event that it is very dangerous to jump nearby Ranno as it gives him access to his best ko move, up strong. To escape and reset bearings, I recommend using ground movement options against Ranno. It may also be helpful if you plant lily on more platforms, so that it is easier for you to reach launch situations that put Ranno into lily.
    Your upairs are good, but if the final upair will end the combo and not KO, I think it is wise to switch to bairs or nairs for the last or second to last hit, so you have an easier launch to continue pressure on. In general, review your combo game by checking the hits you land and how they end the combo, and ask yourself if you could have done something better. Im sure you know that you used the special get up on knockdown a bit too much in this set, but do know that any time your opponent waits for it, you probably could escape with roll-away.
    In one game, you read a roll left on a mid% marked opponent and tried to make your punish grab. Because grab is only reading 1 option, I think you should use dstrong in a situation like that. It starts with significant damage, you can still grab the wrap after, or you can start a different punish route, or just dstrong the ranno off stage. If you are worried about spending mark, it's not hard to land it again, and that's a very good situation to spend it on.
    Last, for the entire set, you did not attempt to use poppy-- please check the opponent is actually grab breaking, Maypuls ability to land grabs is so high that you don't lose too much opportunity cost, especially at %s where the throw wasnt gonna combo easily. A good poppy combo is often able to end a stock from a character who is difficult to take stocks from. I do agree with not using the pummels at the low %s though bc losing that advantage is too harsh. Despite my thoughts on that stuff, your movement and decisions are well honed! Good work!
    Hi Lonke, I'm not really a ranno player, so I don't have advice for you in the same way, but congratulations on your victory! Maypul is a scary character, but you seem to know pretty good about disabling lily, and trying to shove maypul off stage at bad angles for her recovery. When you're shielding on a platform, be wary that maypuls upair is multiple hits and do not release shield too early. Also be wary that if you are shielding on the edge of a platform, that upair might push you off the platform and connect. That happened in this set, and maypuls will be increasingly wary to look for that as a punish starter option, so be very careful where you shield. I might suggest using needles slightly more often to frustrate maypuls movement, but I am not confident in this being good advice because she is so fast. Still, poison punishes maypul for swinging, and might add to the opponents mental stack.
