I have a 12.9 M1 iPad Pro, and I recently got a Samsung s23 Ultra. I got the s23 Ultra because Apple does not offer a competent phone plus stylist combination. The iPad and Apple pencil is perfect for long periods of note-taking or art. I have found that the S23 Ultra is perfect for short and sporadic note-taking or art.
@@Dispensationalism yes, if it’s used to take small that you can reference or if you were trying to work out an equation. You can still take beautiful notes, edit, rearrange, and stylize. I typically would use the S 23 ultra in companion with my MacBook. If I’m doing equations or coding, the S23 ultra is good for jotting down small notes that I could always reference. When it comes to a lecture class, I haven’t tested the S 23 ultra yet.

I typically take the notes in a vertical split screen, this way I could resize the page or video to a smaller size, and give me more note taking or drawing space. There is also a developer setting that I use, you can find a video on UA-cam on how to activate this. There is an option to increase the dpi. I increase the dpi to 600. This makes the UI smaller and gives more space for notetaking and art. This also may have unusual affects on widgets and may make some of the UI too small in some apps. With some recent updates, I think all of these problems have away for me. You don’t have to increase the dpi to 600 like I did, you can increase it to something like 400 or 450 if that is better for you. The only reason why I bring this up is because this has made notetaking and art more enjoyable.
Just saw this video. For the action icons the s pen does the calculations and email but not the written phon be number to the dialler. How can I get this to work?

Yeah I agree Tab S9 I'm a student and I use my phone and I love it and it works 100% but it would be even better if I had a bigger screen when I use the split screen with taking notes. I'm not willing to do anymore investing in gadgets but the pen is everything❤
Features are good in this app but the problem is animation, bro you just compare samsung note with keep note and see the animation, Samsung note jitters & lag, and look at the size difference keep note 23mb vs samsung note 300mb size app, If possible just ask Samsung about poor animation in samsung notes application,

That is very confusing. If u r a full time student with a need of heavy to medium note taking . The iPad or tab are a much better choice.
