  • Welcome to the final video in our journey through 180 martial arts! Today, we'll be exploring the intriguing world of weapon-based and internal martial arts. These styles not only teach us how to master various weapons but also how to harness internal energy and cultivate mental focus.
    We begin with weapon-based martial arts. Kendo, the Japanese art of fencing with bamboo swords, emphasizes discipline and precision. Kali and Eskrima, Filipino martial arts, are renowned for their stick and knife fighting techniques, making them effective and versatile. Iaido and Kenjutsu bring us into the realm of traditional Japanese swordsmanship, focusing on the skillful art of drawing and cutting with the sword.
    Kobudo introduces us to Okinawan weaponry, showcasing a variety of tools used in combat. European fencing, a sport rooted in historical sword fighting, tests agility and strategy.
