Never heard of this song before. Yes I'm really old. I went on a search and watched the "Fall Out Boys" video and although I am an old rock n roller, watching a full band do this song with the guitarist doing his best Pete Townsend imitation just didn't compare to hearing the warmth and intimacy of acoustic guitars being hammered by these two talented ladies.Not to mention Reina's awesome voice! I like it much more than the original but, then again I could say that on nearly every cover they do!
I discovered Reina and Toni mostly ( and some times the Cidizens ) in 2016 and there is no amount or number of superb comments that can ever do these 2 justice. They are truly gifted artists whether doing original songs or their excellent covers and seem to be humble and down to earth.
I was thinking the same thing. I love it so much I can't find words that do it justice. Listening to this makes me realize how lacking the vocals are in modern music. That's a huge key that's been missing in mainstream music for years. Sometimes I wonder where are all the good vocalists? Well I just hope artist like this and many others I've been hearing lately can create a large enough impact to start a cultural shift in the music industry. Start a new musical Golden Age like we had in the 60s and 70s. A+ high quality art exposed to the masses.

It's a literal shame that for much of the video, the fret from Toni's guitar blocks is from seeing the activities that Reina's right hand is performing. Absolutely breathtaking guitar work by both artists! Bravo!

Trying to pick this up to play it on guitar running the video on 1/2 speed and you two are intoxicating. Even at full speed it appears you may have had a toddy or two. Nobody plays these songs the way you do. You have the best arrangement and sound. It just makes me wish I could play along and keep up.

You are generationally delayed! If this was the early 60's you would be Joni Mithcell or Joan Baez. The opportunities in the beginning of the folk/rock revoultion had much less competition and industry bias to overcome...... :-) Frequency of interaction, every Sunday, plus tours will eventually payoff. Always remember you have never peaked and are getting better with every song you play and or write. Good luck is in your future :--)
