You can make the cookie dough about 4 days in advance. I recommend storing it in the freezer if you don't use it within 1 - 2 days. You can store it for a few months in the freezer. And the cookies can be stored for about a week at room temperature and 10 days in the fridge. I guess you can store it for a longer time, but I would eat within that time😊
