silverado 15 I believe it’s carrying chemicals that can be sprayed onto the roads to melt snow similar to the rock salt it’s spreading.

It is so they can treat the salt that they put down with a beet salt brine to help with the effectiveness of the salt and helps it last longer and works for colder temperatures
