All I heard - while that idiot GOODELL was about to give the trophy to Kraft was .. .. BOOOOOO BOOOOOO BOOOOOO BOOOOO - from the audience .. and by God it was the best sound ever ..
@@blaknyte1 hell yeah.... but brady did one better @43 he won SB 55 with the Bucs and took the Lombardi and cracked Mahomes and the Chiefs over the head with it, much to Bellichicks chagrin
I believe it was just after Superbowl 49 when Tom Brady was being interviewed and was asked "Which is your favorite Superbowl ring?" His answer: "The next one."
Anonymous bruh, are u fuckin kidding me? They were videotaping their sidelines for a sport show series called “Do Your Job.” The video crew handed over footage of it immediately to nfl officials so they could cooperate with them. Also Bill Belichick said that he and many others had no idea tf they were doing. They didn’t give footage to Bill or anyone else. Also, y tf would they need to videotape the FUCKIN BENGALS. They’re the worst team in the league rn. Also, nfl officials have said that they aren’t issuing any punishments, WHICH MEANS THEY WERENT CHEATING. Actually read into some articles instead of reading the titles
Tiddlers when I was at super bowl 53 (thanks to the amazing mr. kraft) hearing the whole stadium boo and then cheer when handed to kraft was AMAZING I got it on video and it was just funny
It's December 2023 and re-watching this always gives me chills, The best game in the history, the best QB the best team, cause the whole team did their jobs, and as was said, Brady makes better everyone around him. G.O.A.T.
I'm not a Patriots fan, I could care less if they ever win a game, but this was clearly a witch hunt. And if you or anyone else has ever been accused of wrongdoing and you know you're innocent, you stick to your guns, you ride out the tides, then you go out there and prove the world wrong. You gave a already dangerous man with nothing to lose all the motivation he needed to destroy the league and win another championship just because he can. Well done Mr. Brady, well done.
@Samuel Diaz Thanks for your OBJECTIVITY. In all my years watching sports, I have never, ever seen a bigger "nothingburger" (i.e. "Deflategate") turn into THE biggest witch hunt in pro sports history...and it's not even close. This BS was NATIONAL news, around-the-clock, and because it got a bunch of rabid anti-Pats fans into a frenzy to want to see Brady fall, it somehow gave the "scandal" credence?! Then all the so-called "professional" pundits and ex-players/coaches who piled on, even suggesting that the Pats' ballboy taking a piss for 45 seconds somehow translated into the guy "deflating" all the footballs?? LOL Give me a break. The fact that NFL attorneys admitted IN COURT that they didn't have any direct evidence was a MAJOR red flag. Then watching Brady play at an MVP level and win 3 more Superbowls AFTER "Deflategate" was/is just icing on the cake. Ultimately, it all showed that karma can be a bitch, as a petty, vindictive asshole (Goodell) had to not only hand over the Lombardi trophy, but also the SB MVP trophy to Brady. Like I said, EASILY the biggest sham of a "scandal" in pro sports history.
@@irvinrodriguez6341 just what I said in my opinion the Julio Jones catch was better !!!! Just cause the ball bounces around a couple times and someone catches it doesn't make it a great catch it makes them lucky the ball fell in Edelman's hands plus what Jones did catching the ball with his fingertips and landing in bounds was incredible.again just my opinion !!!
My daughter and I flew (from Oklahoma) to Boston in Oct 2016 to watch Brady's first home game after his suspension (perfect weather game at Gillette against the thug Bengals (since transformed)). The applause for Brady's homecoming entry was heartstopping. One of the best memories of our lives, seeing in person the greatest QB ever, in what turned out to be his 5th Super Bowl season. How SWEET it was. And yes, that receiving corps was as clutch as any in history.
Right? Picture this: Let's give this man, who would seem regular if looking upon his physical form, hate and loathing for what we have no proof he did....that's how you make the GOAT. Feed him your hate. I'm okay with being the Evil Goddamn Empire. Feed your into Darth Brady and let him absolutely obliterate all of your pathetic plebeian dreams of being a super bowl champion, much less reaching the superbowl. Bow. to. the mother. fucking. king. /end rant
@@nolanmartin1570 I am a German and I admit to being a Vikings fan but watching this gave me great pleasure. Apart from that I have hardly ever seen any player in any sports this clutch over his career. To me it seems that it should have been clear to the ones behind the scandal that it would only fuel on Brady to unseen heights. Being a 6th round pick, this to me seems to have fueled him all his career to become as consistent and superior as he had become before the suspension and deflategate. Then threatening to disgrace him and take all that he had achieved away from him would clearly just bring him to new heights. Without the scandal the Patriots probably wouldn't have come back the way they did from a breathtaking 28-3. Without him being drafted so late he also might have never become the true leader with the heart of a lion with the ultimate will to succeed and prove everyone wrong that he became. I truly believe he was innocent. Only one who is innocent does refuse to have the penalty reduced for admitting guilt and surely refuses to sell out team mates for his innocence. It clearly shows the people behind deflate gate new they were full of shit from the beginning and tried to blackmail him into submission. After all that PLUS that comeback probably no super bowl ever has been more deserved. I bow my head in respect. What a boss.
zCollman 71 you don’t bet against the goat Brady is clutch when it matters and after he beats the rams for his sixth ring he will cement even more that he’s the goat
Wtf is up with this Icon? Everyone is using it? Is it some movement or something because I have heard nothing yet everyone still uses it. And more and more people keep putting it on. Are you all just unable to think of something so your all copping someone or???
everyone. I remember that night. We were at college already funneling hard alcohol after the coin toss getting ready to go to the streets and celebrate
That game was insane because there was about 5 different moments where we all said to ourselves "well this game is over" and the Falcons had about 4 of those moments. But then yeah... the coin toss....... GAME OVER
For sure, we will all have this connection to say we got to see the very best football player ever, this is for all time. #8 will happen, because I believe in Tom Brady!!!!!
All of us Patriot fans were like go ahead. Rest TOM BRADY for four games at the beginning of the season. We’ll see how you fair at the end of it. His revenge tour was even greater than I had ever dared to hoped for.
I just realized, that Eagles fan professor who stood up for Tom was rewarded with his team winning their first super bowl, against the Patriots. There’s something kind of karmically poetic about that.
True, I mean he is giving ideal gas eq, here more suitable would be real gas eq, it takes into consideration interaction between molecules inside the gas, energy so the ball wouldnt go from 12.5 to 11.3 but gonna go little less than 11.5 on a small scale ideal gas eq is good. I think he used something that was hot, in the media something young students relate to rather than defend Tom Brady. Anyway he is still right it wouldnt take more than half an hour for stationary ball to deflate.
kz1000ps honestly, I think the magnitude of how great a late-pick player becomes depends on their personal integrity and desire to become great. Coach Bill didn’t come up with the TB12 method, Bill isn’t the one telling Tom to watch what he eats, Bill also isn’t the one who’s making sure Tom studies the game the way he does. I give RESPECT to Bill for seeing the potential and taking the chance, but I give Tom the CREDIT for pushing himself to become the GREATEST
Actually the SB DVD i have from 2002 has BB doing exactly that lol. Telling them to eat right and take care of their bodies, it also has him in the film room with Brady telling him how to process what he's seeing and why it is important to watch as much film as you can bc you might see something from 3 years ago thats the key that opens all doors. BB is every bit the mastermind that ppl think he is. He knows how to develop individuals and input them into his system of success
Just showed Hogan's dominance during this season. They don't call him 7/11 for nothing, and now he's playing for the Panther's down in Carolina. I'll be interested to see how Carolina use him, especially if they can bring in a healthy strong QB who can get the ball to him. Hogan's great at breaking ankles and getting loose and once he's loose he's gone. Hogan's talented as all hell and he really got to show it off with an Elite QB like Brady
TB12: "I killed them all. I slaughtered them, like animals. They are animals. I hate them!!" Bill Bellechick: "Good, good. let the hate flow through you."
I love coming back to this video in 2024 these moments live on forever, best Super Bowl and best game of football ever played, also love that Tom won this season while his mother was fighting cancer, just a perfect story all around.
Goodell makes 40+ million a year to be the whipping boy for the nfl owners. When the nfl does something stupid, Goodell takes the hit because he's paid to. His career wasn't ruined. That said I think Goodell's trash/ clown / whatever else. Brady's the greatest and it was nice seeing the nfl get what it deserved after the complete joke that deflategate was. Tom going on to win 3 more super bowls and breaking every record there is. Plus he's still playing
@@alphonseblackwood2930 this is your annual reminder that around this time of year, tom brady goes around the northern hemisphere of the world letting air out of everyone's tires.
Here after the bucs lost to the rams, absolutely heartbreaking and gut-wrenching. Remembering what once was, sadly it will never be the same again. 27-3, Brady with only half of the 3rd and the 4th qtr to go, an injury-riddled team and being pressured almost every snap. He comes back. The greatest qb sneaker doesn't go for the 1st down and hands it off to Fournette for the TD and ties the game. Leaves time on the clock. The rest is history. His magnum opus almost re-enacted falls short, sad that we'll never see something like this again.
As a die hard patriots fan who grew upin Massachusetts how blessed was my family to have witnessed greatness week after week for over 20 years ! Brady is a once in a lifetime player like jordan and babe ruth
The average career of a QB is 4.44 [which Brady contributed to by dint of having a 2 decade career]. A regular season is now 17 games. If anyone wants to beat Brady's record the soonest they could beat his record is in 14.7 years! That's 14.7 years of nothing but wins. Mahomes could theoretically do it, if he wins every games for the next 11 years. Kind of a tall order if you ask me. I don't think we're going to see the likes of Brady again in our life time.
@@howardtreesong4860 finally a smart comment, you are correct what Brady did is mind blowing in the age of free agency! This man played in 10 Superbowls in 20 years that's a crazy stat. Yes Mahomes has a chance but it's slim to impossible.Brady sacrificed his life for longevity.crazy diets stretching is what made him last so long. But he was a leader of men,he made those around him inspire to be great.
@@bentleydonovan4608 You're right that Tom Brady lived like he wanted the career of a star athlete doing all the things that would allow him to perform at that level for that length of time. What's also important, tell me I'm wrong, is that he didn't insist on the most money he could make. He left the team enough money to get the players it needed. I seem to remember an amount of $60 million that Brady did not make in lieu of having the kind of people on the team that would help them win games. That's not something you do when it's only about the money. When you see the movie about how he was finally drafted, it looks like they got him as an afterthought. He was expected not to run into the Gatorade tank more than twice per season. What they did was draft a general who knows how to drive the team forward. If Mahomes does win every game between now and then he'll be 40 to beat Brady. And that's with winning EVERY game, not even Brady did that more than once. By that time Andy Reid is 76. I want Mahomes to be his own legend, I'd be seriously amazed if he matched that record.
It's really sad to think that people hate this guy because of his accomplishments. Just think 20 years from now when we're old, we're going to miss watching him play. So instead of being bitter and negative. Just appreciate what we're seeing because I can promise you. We wont see another QB win 5 super bowls. We're getting to see the greatest QB of all time and yet we take it for granted. Whata shame.
Here is a man who has done everything right to be the best player he could be. He’s made his mistakes, he’s got the right mindset, he is a consummate professional and has the results to prove it. To suggest that after all these years playing the game and being an elite player among the elite players, this is the guy who would have to tamper with the football? I don’t even understand what the physical advantage would be to deflate the ball. Someone who’s been throwing that ball for his entire career, what possible use would it be for him to alter the properties of the ball so that it now behaves in a way that’s not familiar? And of course, it’s Tom Brady doing the deflating himself. Just think about that image: Tom Brady tampering with a football, letting the air out. It’s amateur night, folks! The 4 time SuperBowl winner is going to give himself an extra little something of an advantage.
The blind leading the blind. Brady's accomplishments are damaged by the years of garbage officiating and cheating, it's been proven year after year.... And you fools are so blind that you refuse to question it... He's far from the G.O.A.T you know how many times his defense and Gostkowski saved his ass in the Superbowls? When he actually had a deep threat in Randy Moss they lost to the scrub ass Giants ( twice) and then threw for over 500 yards and lost to a backup Qb in Nick Foles, LMAO. Then this garbage Superbowl with the Rams who was dominated by Edelman from 5 yard dump passes (turned into big plays by Edelman) was the reason they won the Superbowl, not the "GOAT" Brady
All these years later Geordie... and for me? It's STILL the best moment in sports history!! We'll never witness greatness like this ever again my friend. 🏆
I'm a cowboys fan.. I've been watching brady videos for some reason and at the beginning of watching I didnt like anything abt brady but I never actually paid attention or tried to find facts I judged based off what I heard abt deflategate and other shit and it tainted him in my eyes.. watching these vids and actually paying attention to facts my entire perspective on tom brady has changed. So much respect has been gained for him and just his journey is inspiring. Without a doubt Tom Brady is the GOAT.
I'm from new england but not even a football fan so I have both an insider and outsider perspective. Brady has always handled himself with class, is respectful of opponents, and provides a consistent positive message for inspiring others. GOAT indeed, not even close to debateable
You can really tell that one meant a lot to Tom. I will forever miss watching him play for my Patriots. Wish I could go to the home opener this year to watch the Patriots honor him, though one night, week, month, year, will NEVER be enough! THANK YOU TOM, you are the reason I Love Football.
I feel as at 18 year old I am so honored that I got to see Brady win his last 3 rings even tho I am a die hard Texans fan I don't want him to retire I was went to super bowl 51 and I saw greatness
This season is easily my favorite season for me as a Patriots fan. All my friends were talking mad shit about Tom Brady getting suspended for 4 games and that the Patriots were all done. But it put a huge smile on my face when all of them got proven wrong and the Patriots went and won it all in historic Super Bowl 51. The best part of it all is that my friend is a Falcons fan and he FaceTimed me at halftime. He was talking mad shit once again like him and my other friends were doing at the beginning of the season when Brady was suspended. Then the Patriots went on and erased a 25 point deficit and won the Super Bowl. I loved watching Roger Goodell hand Tom Brady the Lombardi Trophy that night, absolute payback. I know that all Patriots fans say this, but Tom Brady is the best quarterback of all time. There will never be another quarterback like the legend Tom Brady.
@@roykerster4453 Eli still has 3 less rings and is an embarrassment while playing bad more often than good throughout his career. Giants defense was Brady's kryptonite. And Eli played sensational for 2 playoffs. Not much to say outside that tho.
@@charliekelly6529 i,m talking about eli vs brady. eli kicked his ass twice in the superbowl and is the only active quarterback that has a winning record against brady. and that is a fact period.
@@roykerster4453 Really?? You're just going to ignore the fact that The Giants defense held the greatest offense of all-time (2007 Patriots) to 14 points?? The Giants defense played the best games of their lives. Eli did too. But Eli didn't kick Brady's ass. Have you heard Eli talk about his plays? He literally agreed that what he accomplished is the luckiest play in NFL history. If Eli threw 5 TD's and outscored/performed Brady in all faucet's of their game, then yeah. But considering The Giants defense PLAYED SENSATIONALLY, Asante Samuel, The NFL's leading interception all-pro corner dropping the game-winning interception Eli threw at his chest, Wes Welker dropping the game-clinching first down in 2 Superbowls, Eli completing what even he considers the luckiest play of all-time to David Tyree and an INSANE catch by Mario Manningham, you can't say Eli kicked his ass. The Giants deserved to win because they made some of the greatest plays in NFL history on offense while the defense played the best games of their lives, just to barely squeak out wins.
Roy Kerster and where are the giants since then?? Oh yeah. 3-8 as of 11-25-18. Us patriots fans will remember losing to the giants, by those fierce defenses, and two crazy ass plays. (Manningham and Tyree). Your giants didn’t spank the pats. They beat them by one play. Brady has more rings than both Manning’s. Brady is and will always be the goat 🐐
Let me pitch you a sports movie , there's this guy who goes to college as the last QB on the depth chart works his way to starter only to be benched for a prodigal athlete and has to come in and save the game over and over again, wins the rose ball, gets draft in the 6th round , beats the greatest show on turf wins 4 super bowls 1 against the legion of boom, loses 2 , then gets wrongly accused of cheating , while his mother has cancer, goes on to the super bowl only to be losing it 28 - 3 with 20mins left, leads his team in a come back to tie the game, to force the first over time in a super bowl and wins it...….. nah sorry that's just to unrealistic, next your going to tell me when he's 41 he wins MVP and goes to another super bowl loses then the next year does it again and wins his 6th. Why don't you tell me that the team he won 6 super bowl rings with decides they don't want him any more, they kick him to the curb so he goes to the team with the worst franchise record , at age 43 he leads that team to the playoff , retires an all time great in Drew Bree's , beats the MVP of the league, Plays the prodigal goat Mahomes and the greatest show offs on earth and not only beats them but kicks there ass..... What are you going to tell me next he leads that team to back to back super bowls and wins an 8th?
I will never forget that season! This video is a master piece, a true documentary of true will and courage and hard work. I remember this day because I have never been more sad but also I lost my voice after the 3rd quarter of excitement after coming back from 28-1. As a Patriots fan I would like to share something deep if I may. My Grandma Carmen 👵🏻 who passed away in 2018, 2 days after Christmas, before our Patriots won their 6th Super Bowl, she got to watch this championship and let me tell you, she was super happy and amazed. She fell in love with football after I taught it to her as we would watch it together and next thing you know, her favorite player was Gronk. Before she passed away and was in the hospital, I had bought myself a Gronk stitched home jersey to complete my jersey collection of 6: 3 from Tom Brady and 3 from Gronk, the night we went to go visit her at the hospital, I brought my jersey to her and gifted it to her. She couldn’t believe it, she kept telling me thank you over and over again and she held it close to her, and I told her in Spanish, “it’s yours and it’s going to give you strength like Gronk but you have to keep it close to you okay Grandma.” She ended up leaving the hospital the next day, recovered and as I mentioned, she did pass away 2 days after Christmas when we all got together and was able to see the family United. I was afraid of wearing her jersey because it would make me sad thinking of her not being with us anymore but I got the courage and remembered what I told her, so the night of Super Bowl 53, I wore the jersey I gave her and it gave me the strength to root for my team and who made the biggest play that night? Gronk! When he caught that pass, I knew from the bottom of my heart, she would have loved it! If she would of seen how Tom Brady and Gronk played in this past Super bowl and Tampa she would admire them more, I know she’s watching and is happy of our guys! I don’t think I have a moral of my sorry or a lesson but I can truly tell you guys that we love our team and our guys, all our players, because without them, we wouldn’t have a fan based or feel passionate about the game. And sometimes by just wearing their jersey makes you feel part of them and it gives you strength and courage to get through a tough time or beat all odds against you, kind of like having loved ones, they strengthen us, them believing in us, pushes us to be our best. I hope I didn’t bored you guys, thank you for reading my story, may God Bless you all! And one last thing... Let’s gooooo! 😎🇺🇸💪🏻
The 2014 and 2016 seasons are the two most memorable seasons for me as a Patriots fans. Just meant more than just winning a Super Bowl. The emotions around those seasons made the Super Bowl so much sweeter.
23:47 Kraft should have grabbed the mic and said, “yeah and it’s a lot harder when the commissioner tries to sabotage your season.” Then dropped the mic and walked off... Legendary. 😎
b20jdmintegra I literally just said this to my wife. I know it just a game. Just a player but....I’ve been watching him since I was 13. It’s gonna be a bad day. I felt some kinda way about Andrew Luck.
b20jdmintegra yeah. same thing with gronk. Pain sucks. Sucks the joy out of it. glad they are doing what’s best for them. I feel like we will see at least one of these back real soon.
Redskins fan here but mad respect for Brady, he's the greatest there ever was and Super Bowl 51 was easily his defining performance. Besides, anyone with a functioning brain knows that Deflategate was such an overblown joke, so Goodell having to hand over the Lombardi with the whole crowd booing him was glorious to watch. I wanted the Pats to win just for that, but the comeback made it even better.
2 years after this video was posted: - Tom Brady wins his 6th ring with the Patriots - Beats the Cheifs for his 7th in his first year with the Bucs, IN THEIR HOME STADIUM Goats live in cliffs, they dont fall off em 🐐
Haha I remember watching this at home in the UK early morning and laughing at the falcons owner. The fact that the first half he's in the stands celebrating yet second half he's down on the field with a face like a smacked arse...love it
This video is a masterpiece! Watching it again after Brady got his 7th ring with Tampa Bay. When Brady got back from the undeserved suspension, it gave me the John Wick return to work vibe. TB12 = GOAT. End of story.
One day in my lifetime when I have kids I’m gonna show them this video . This shit gave me chills you will never see another QB like this ever!! What a time it was to be patriots fan. Tom Brady you the goat brother
I'm a Jets fan so Brady has forever been the biggest demon in my life but that season and superbowl was the greatest thing I've ever seen. Cant help but just hold immense respect for this guy. Without a doubt, the goat.
They did this whole scandal and the man came back and won the Superbowl the very next year!!!! Hahahaha Brady is a baaaaad dude!!!! What a great time to be a Boston Fan!!!!
I live in the Philippines and after seeing this video it made me a Tom Brady fan. His life story is like an amazing story of hard work and passion triumphs all.
As a chemist I love that you put the gas Laws clip in there, so many anti Brady anti patriot people always bring this up and science shows a clear explanation.
The fact that fans of other teams who hate Brady and the Patriots are loving this video really says something..so thank you to those fans, respect..I'm a pats fan btw..lol
This was last time I ever would bet against Brady. You won every bit of respect of me with this comeback. I even called him to win the super bowl at the beginning of the post season to my friends. He’s just a different monster when he wants something, he goes and gets it, period. Sincerely a cowboys fan.
At half time I posted it on social media "I will never count out Tom Brady" And immediately like 4 different idiots started to make fun. Now Facebook reminds us about that comment every year, and every single time I fill my soul with the tears of those suckers. I love you #TB12
It's shocking they didn't remove their comments. One of two things, they forgot about their remarks, or they leave them there to remind themselves how much of an idiot they were... Who am i kidding, it's probably the former.
I believe it was just after Superbowl 49 when Tom Brady was being interviewed and was asked "Which is your favorite Superbowl ring?" His answer: "The next one."

sometimes i just go back to hear that ending. Don't always agree with Stephen A Smith but his "and the first things out of my mounth where... " still gives me a smirk and a tear in my eye :D
Brady makes his own motivation. Giving him additional reasons to completely flatten the competition is a dangerous thing indeed. The NFL as a whole tried to shut him down. Instead, he railed against everyone who tried to oppose him and crushed every man's spirit. And then you realize the cast he has with him. A bunch of nobodies who others thought wouldn't make it. That is a scary situation when he can crush you no matter who's with him. Oh, and you know what makes this all the sweeter for revenge? Completely turning around a lost game. The biggest slap in the face to the NFL. 25 points in 23 minutes. The defense shutting down an offense that looked like they could run all over the place. Then the nightmare came true... for everyone else.
Skylar the Flygon completely agree but I wasn’t disappointed I’m a pats fan and this is why Tom Brady is a goat blaming him for something just feeds the fire 🔥
I know it's been a long time since this video was created but I still love how when Goodell is talking and being like "Robert you know how hard these are to win" Robert Kraft is just STARING DAGGERS into him like, "Yeah I do and you tried to hold us back from this one"
lmfao I never noticed that until I read this comment, I went and re watched that part and started dying lol, that was perfect. Tom probably went to get a pressure gauge to show Goodell the PSI of the football lol
21:05 almost 3 years later and to this day, that face of the falcons owners still gives me chills. They know what is about to happen and they can’t do anything about it.
The owner did a lot of celebrating in his luxury box so he goes down to be with his team and that really pissed me off meanwhile the Patriots are moving the ball and the owner's face turns into a mask of pain. No more dancing, no more moving his arms instead a look of gloom has taken hold of the poor owner. I really enjoyed again when I saw this excellent video. Nice job. 👍
As a Patriots fan, thanks for making this. I was at the season opener, still have my Goodell CLOWN towels & everybody in that stadium knew we were gonna win another SB that year
I'm a Patriots fan, but I find it hard to believe the Federal appeals court is crooked. If you look at the verdict, what it says is basically, "Tom Brady is part of an organization that has collectively bargained away his right to appeal suspensions to anyone but the commissioner of the NFL." They didn't rule that Brady cheated; they ruled that the contract says Goodell is allowed by law to do what he did. This is more about the weakness of US labor law, and not at all about the merits of the suspension. Specifically it says, "Our role is not to determine for ourselves whether Brady participated in a scheme to deflate footballs or whether the suspension imposed by the Commissioner should have been for three games or five games or none at all. Nor is it our role to second guess the arbitrator's [i.e. Goodell's] procedural rulings. Our obligation is limited to determining whether the arbitration proceedings and award met the minimum legal standards..." Source: www.bostonglobe.com/sports/2016/04/25/read-full-ruling-that-reinstated-tom-brady-four-game-deflategate-suspension/7iSmI8l2lbY0o883r3jOxI/story.html
Brady and the NFLPA took his suspension to district court and the judge found several holes in the Wells report and overthrew the suspension. Roger Goddell went to appeals court and said he should still be allowed to suspend Brady since the Wells report found "more than probable" evidence which was enough under the CBA. The appeals court judge agreed.
@@clipcoug1139 The appeals court took no position on the merits of the suspension. None. Read the decision. On page 12, it specifically states, "Our review of an arbitration award is, accordingly, 'very limited.' [citing the case of] Garvey, 532 U.S. at 509. We are therefore not authorized to review the arbitrator's decision on the merits despite allegations that the decision rests on factual errors or misinterprets the parties' agreement, but only as to whether the arbitrator acted within the scope of his authority as defined by the collective bargaining agreement." Indeed, the only place the appeals court's opinion uses language about probability is in the "Background" section, where it is simply quoting (not agreeing with) the Wells Report. I haven't read the district court's opinion, since it isn't operative once overturned on appeal, but according to the discussion in the opinion of the appeals court, the vacatur of the arbitration decision was founded in the fundamental (un)fairness of the process, not on the fact of whether or not there was a scheme to deflate footballs. TL;DR: The courts didn't take a position on whether there was a scheme to deflate footballs, or whether Brady was involved in such a scheme. They only decided whether the CBA was followed, as that's all they have the authority to decide.
What a magnificent idea-pulling the whole story together w/footage, sports’ commentators remarks and presentation of the Trophy-wonderful to go back and remember/savor Thank you so much for all your hard work on this
PV=nRT. P=Pressure, T=Temperature. As Temperature goes down, pressure will go down due to its linear and direct relationship with Pressure. Tom would never have fought that long for it if he was guilty. Goodell is a scam.

You mean 6 Super Bowls now.
He literally agreed that what he accomplished is the luckiest play in NFL history.
If Eli threw 5 TD's and outscored/performed Brady in all faucet's of their game, then yeah. 😎🇺🇸💪🏻
I remember this. Tom Brady was different dude that season, like he was the Terminator.

It's December 2021 and Tom Brady still is The the best I've ever seen and this is coming from The New Yorker
when Stephen A. Smith said; "I'm scared" goosebumps man. what a season, best superbowl win.
The 2014 and 2016 seasons are the two most memorable seasons for me as a Patriots fans. Just meant more than just winning a Super Bowl. The emotions around those seasons made the Super Bowl so much sweeter.
I really wished we won it in 2017 too, we had the best offense ever🤦🏾♂️ I’d trade 2018 for 17
@@colinedelman6392I would trade 2018 for 07, 2011, and 17.
23:47 Kraft should have grabbed the mic and said, “yeah and it’s a lot harder when the commissioner tries to sabotage your season.” Then dropped the mic and walked off... Legendary. 😎
He's still playing and im already depressed about his retirement.
b20jdmintegra I literally just said this to my wife. I know it just a game. Just a player but....I’ve been watching him since I was 13. It’s gonna be a bad day. I felt some kinda way about Andrew Luck.
@@xgnofearzthe10thgenlegend82 I guess that's what happens when you're constantly getting sacked. Lose your love for the game.
b20jdmintegra yeah. same thing with gronk. Pain sucks. Sucks the joy out of it. glad they are doing what’s best for them. I feel like we will see at least one of these back real soon.
b20jdmintegra whats retirement?

Redskins fan here but mad respect for Brady, he's the greatest there ever was and Super Bowl 51 was easily his defining performance. Besides, anyone with a functioning brain knows that Deflategate was such an overblown joke, so Goodell having to hand over the Lombardi with the whole crowd booing him was glorious to watch. I wanted the Pats to win just for that, but the comeback made it even better.
Had to comeback to this after the second retirement. Happy we witnessed your greatness. Thank you Tom.
2 years after this video was posted:
- Tom Brady wins his 6th ring with the Patriots
- Beats the Cheifs for his 7th in his first year with the Bucs, IN THEIR HOME STADIUM
Goats live in cliffs, they dont fall off em 🐐
LOVE THE LOOK ON THE FACE OF ATLANTAS OWNER PRICELESS
He knew it was over
Haha I remember watching this at home in the UK early morning and laughing at the falcons owner. The fact that the first half he's in the stands celebrating yet second half he's down on the field with a face like a smacked arse...love it
he looks fucked
Dude looks like hes a goodfella haha.
I felt so sorry for Arthur Blank, he's a good guy & must have been absolutely shellshocked
This video is a masterpiece! Watching it again after Brady got his 7th ring with Tampa Bay. When Brady got back from the undeserved suspension, it gave me the John Wick return to work vibe. TB12 = GOAT. End of story.
I can't stress enough how many times I've watched this.
Where the fans more excited to boo Goodell. Or win the Superbowl. The world may never know

....but it was close. 😆
Superbowl. Watching that Goodall wasn't even at the back of my mind!

One day in my lifetime when I have kids I’m gonna show them this video . This shit gave me chills you will never see another QB like this ever!! What a time it was to be patriots fan. Tom Brady you the goat brother
Feel bad for the future football fans that never got to see this man work
I'm a Jets fan so Brady has forever been the biggest demon in my life but that season and superbowl was the greatest thing I've ever seen. Cant help but just hold immense respect for this guy. Without a doubt, the goat.
Respect from a Jets hating Pats fan. ;)
Respect my man.
Big comment. Big of you to say. GOD Bless.
Lets gooo! I'm here rewatching since football is back, hirap lang manood ang aga haha
I come back to this masterpiece of a video every few months.

No shit. Lol
I’m a Steelers fan. Hate The Pats but you can only respect and admire Brady for this
This was last time I ever would bet against Brady. You won every bit of respect of me with this comeback. I even called him to win the super bowl at the beginning of the post season to my friends. He’s just a different monster when he wants something, he goes and gets it, period. Sincerely a cowboys fan.
And don’t forget the college lacrosse player on his 5th team
13:18 is the most iconic moment in sports. brady looks hopeless on his path to avenge the deflategate witch hunt. we all know how this ended..
At half time I posted it on social media "I will never count out Tom Brady"
And immediately like 4 different idiots started to make fun.
I'm crying too, tears of joy
lmao thats funny.
Chrisler San Martin I quoted peytons commercial epic comeback starts rights now and got so much heat for it
I believe it was just after Superbowl 49 when Tom Brady was being interviewed and was asked "Which is your favorite Superbowl ring?" His answer: "The next one."
He really looked angry through out the season as clearly he was going to prove a point how good he was
Kelly Zigler he didn’t need to prove anything he was already the 🐐 now he’s the god of football

Who’s here after Brady and the Bucs are going to the NFC championship? This man just doesn’t stop
The year the NFL understood to not mess is this dude
This is pure poetry right here.
I come back to watch this often, always puts a smile on my face
Years later and I still get chills watching this

aint that the fucking truth
I low key want to know who that woman is who said Tom isn’t elite because he “ cheated” to try and be competitive.

and punch her in the mouth
Where did you come up with that. ? Righteous words .
I know it's been a long time since this video was created but I still love how when Goodell is talking and being like "Robert you know how hard these are to win" Robert Kraft is just STARING DAGGERS into him like, "Yeah I do and you tried to hold us back from this one"
6 years later and the boos for Goodell still make my happy.
The ultimate quad, Brady, Gronk, Amadola, and Edelman. Miss em all!!! Inspirational video keep up the great work
Nothing beats bill telling brady something and them cracking up together, then brady walking off the stage before rodger presents the trophy.
lmfao I never noticed that until I read this comment, I went and re watched that part and started dying lol, that was perfect. Tom probably went to get a pressure gauge to show Goodell the PSI of the football lol
mike demilia I’m not even a patriots fan but fuck I want that picture hung up in my house. The biggest fuck you ever.
21:05 almost 3 years later and to this day, that face of the falcons owners still gives me chills. They know what is about to happen and they can’t do anything about it.
I felt the same way! Watching his facial expression I could see the pain in his eyes knowing TB is about to cost him millions.
Brady sent Blank to Home (Depot)
Saw a similar look with a couple of the Kansas' owners too during SB55
The owner did a lot of celebrating in his luxury box so he goes down to be with his team and that really pissed me off meanwhile the Patriots are moving the ball and the owner's face turns into a mask of pain. No more dancing, no more moving his arms instead a look of gloom has taken hold of the poor owner. I really enjoyed again when I saw this excellent video. Nice job. 👍

So goodell lost in court so now he goes and pays a different judge to find Brady guilty because the loss hurt his ego.
No facts for that and winning is a team effort
Goodell is a BITCH ASS NIGGA
Our obligation is limited to determining whether the arbitration proceedings and award met the minimum legal standards..."
Source: www.bostonglobe.com/sports/2016/04/25/read-full-ruling-that-reinstated-tom-brady-four-game-deflategate-suspension/7iSmI8l2lbY0o883r3jOxI/story.html
On page 12, it specifically states, "Our review of an arbitration award is, accordingly, 'very limited.' [citing the case of] Garvey, 532 U.S. at 509. We are therefore not authorized to review the arbitrator's decision on the merits despite allegations that the decision rests on factual errors or misinterprets the parties' agreement, but only as to whether the arbitrator acted within the scope of his authority as defined by the collective bargaining agreement."
Indeed, the only place the appeals court's opinion uses language about probability is in the "Background" section, where it is simply quoting (not agreeing with) the Wells Report.
