Tips for Vitamin:
On Level 0, speed is key. Eventually they will start spawn killing you
Level 1: Have a friend camp the spawn that way the Starfish will stay there, meaning you can freely explore the level.
Level 3: Have a friend (in this case fake doge) stay at the spawn whistling every time the Hound is out of sight, leaving you free to complete the level.
Level 5: Always go right.
Level 6: Get behind the monster by climbing the debree in the first right turn
Level 8: The Skin Stealer spawns in the room of chairs. Get in a locker there and wait for him to go to the far left.
Level 10: It’s all luck.

Lvl 6 is called “Run For Your Life” it’s a 10 mile run with a horde of entitys chasing you with furniture thrown in your way. That black smiling thing is called a “Smiler” it likes to lurk in the dark beware if you noclip into the backrooms. Lvl 8 / Lights Out has a skin stealer, the skin stealer wrips you apart and wears your skin to blend in as a wanderer to lure prey after wearing your skin it eats you.

can i tell u all about the backrooms? ill tell u anyways Level 0 is an expansive non-Euclidean space, resembling the back rooms of a retail outlet. All rooms in Level 0 share the same superficial features, such as worn mono-yellow wallpaper, old moist carpet, scattered electrical outlets, and inconsistently-placed fluorescent lighting. Aside from these common features, no two rooms within the level are identical.
The fluorescent lighting present in Level 0 hums at a constant frequency. This buzzing is notably louder and more obtrusive than ordinary fluorescent lights, and examination of the fixtures to determine the source has been inconclusive thus far. Secondly, the substance lightly saturating the carpet cannot be consistently identified; it is not water, nor is it safe to consume.
Linear space in Level 0 is altered drastically; it is possible to walk in a straight line, return to the starting point, and end up in a completely different set of rooms than the ones previously passed through. Due to this phenomenon, and the visual similarity between each room, consistent navigation of Level 0 has proven very difficult. Devices such as GPS locators and compasses fail to function within the level, and radio communications are audibly distorted and often prove unreliable.
The most prominent threat in Level 0 is the stark lack of available resources. As the fluid saturating the carpet has been deemed unsafe for human consumption, most are likely to perish before managing to find an exit due to extended dehydration, starvation, and exhaustion.
Entities
Level 0 is thought to be entirely devoid of life. To date, no interactions with other wanderers and/or entities during explorations have ever been recorded in the level. Consequently, this effect leads to colonies and outposts being infeasible to create.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances
Level 0, and by extension, the Backrooms, can be accessed by accidentally noclipping out-of-bounds in normal reality.
Noclipping out of certain levels may transport one to Level 0.
Exits
There are four currently known methods of exiting Level 0.
A variety of factors will eventually cause the hallways to fade into Level 1.
Noclipping through a wall will transport one to Level -1.
Breaking through the floor may lead to Level 27. It may also lead out into the void.
Rarely, wandering far enough in any direction may lead one to the Manila Room. Now a different level. Level ! consists of a long hallway, approximately ten kilometers in length, with its structure resembling that of a hospital. The hallway has several doors, each one approximately three meters from each other. There are also bright, flickering exit signs for the entirety of the level, each one about ten meters from each other.
Upon entry, one will immediately notice a loud alarm sound with no apparent source. A few seconds after entering the level, one will then notice a horde of entities (Hounds, Skin-Stealers, Facelings, etc.) heading directly for them. The apparent "objective" is to escape the level as fast as one possibly can before it's too late.
One must run non-stop, avoiding various obstacles along the hallway, such as hospital beds, chairs, and sometimes even entities like Clumps blocking the way. Along the hallway there may be various items to keep one running, such as energy bars and bottles of Almond Water, one may also occasionally find items helpful to slow down or temporarly block off the entities.

The entities will adapt to one's capacity of running, to a point of giving difficulty even to the ones experienced at running. The further one goes, the less the entities will become, however the only few ones left will be even more aggressive than before. It has been reported that different people can be in Level ! at the same time, however one will never meet another. It's presumed the level will create a copy for each person that is in, so there's no way to be with someone else inside the level.
Upon reaching the ten kilometer mark, one will come upon an exit door at the end of the hallway. Entering it will lead to a random level, with the Backrooms never sending them back here again. If the horde of entities catches them, however, the victim will be killed in a very painful and gruesome way. The hallway possesses turns, one each few kilometers, leading to a wanderer thinking they've reached the exit early. If you see the exit door, but notice a turn in the hallway, do not go into the door as it's a fake exit and it will lead you into an empty room, resulting in you being caught by the entities.
The only way to know which one is the real exit is by going further until there's no more turns; if one comes across a dead end with the exit door, then they've reached the real exit.
