I've been rather frustrated with Ark lately and lost most of my motivation to play it. Singleplayer spawns are still trash, over half the creatures don't spawn back properly after a dino wipe unless I fly around the entire map to load everything in, even though I have prevent hibernation turned on, and I've given up on trying to find better rexes then what I have because they don't spawn back in after killing them all. I had some goals I wanted to finish before moving on to a new map like taming every creature and finding every explorer note to get the achievements but I've just been kinda meh about it lately because just like the base game, they really don't give a rip about single player issues.
I have jumped back on to check out the valentines event and work on my rex breeding cause I may still do the boss fights, I've never actually done them before except for the Valguero bosses once way back on ASE. What are your goal stats for your finished rex army once you're done breeding yours?
I plan on taking on all 3 world bosses and the overseer. Trying to get as much done before Center comes out.
@@MysticKorea I'm planning on doing the overseer as well though I'm so nervous about that fight. I don't know if I'm going to play The Center right away, I may just take a break from Ark for a while and see if they improve the game performance wise. I've been having so much more fun with Palworld lately lol.
Haha Palworld is super fun. But yeah, the overseer is a tough fight. I won't spoil it for you but it's definitely hard.@@jackulwulf2618
No med brews!?! Also did you level megs stam and weight? You need more DPS. Try leveling only health and melee.
lol they are only leveled in melee and hp. Around 18-20k hp, the rest into melee. Leveled with baby rexes 😂 problem is I haven’t found a good bp yet so only 3 had non-prim saddles.
And yeah, I realized when I got whacked in the face that I forgot my med brews 😂
@@MysticKorea oh dang. It looked like you had some levels in weight and stam. I only had prim saddles on mine when I did alpha. Almost lost a couple. I’m sure you know about mate boost. Third person loads shotgun faster, science it before battle. I’d leave out pig and put in all megs. Ride yuti like you did. Oh, and yo Dino’s need inspiring speech, right? Yes! Give em the old “for freedom!”
@@stevieg6616 lol yeah I’ve done plenty of boss fights. I was pretty surprised how heavy the brood hit on non-alpha. Just my first time doing it in ASA. I think the main issue is the dino AI. I had to lead them around to prevent them from all bunching up. Most of the gamma fight was like 4 of them doing all the work because the rest were stuck at the back of the mob. And yes, I know about mate boost… half were male and half were female, and yes, fully imprinted 😂
