Mr Bobbie explained everything well. It appears your first analyst is devoid of the understanding of the court’s ruling

    Hey Mr asare,
the SC didn't say anything about recoalition or not, this is about(judgement )rights of persons not heard. The recoalition comes at the high court. Supreme Court is not concerned about coalition or not. It's about a judgement given by a high court

Never underate yourself in life or Give up. Gary is now the lawyer speaking in SC. This gentleman was barely able to express himself clearly in English few years ago. I remember when he used to speak on tv3 concerning elections. Even till date, he's not able to speak good English but still practices law even to the supreme Court..God is indeed gracious and merciful

And what has English got to do with a person's intelligence? Is it not a language as any other language in the world. Kindly wake up from that old mindset where English was used to assess smartness.

@Funnylapa please if you care to know the law is expressed through the language. In fact it's the tool by which the law is expressed.

@maccben1832 there is something wrong if you're not thinking right as a judge but there is nothing wrong if you're not fluent with your second language at office. One again, English is a medium of communication just as any other language so let's not put excellence on it than other languages.

It's really disappointing to hear that a judge in the Supreme Court of Ghana struggled to read fluently, especially when they're expected to interpret and apply complex laws. This incident highlights the importance of education and literacy in Ghana.
