The problem is a paid lawyer probably could’ve gotten some or these charges dropped if he wasn’t so duplicitous and confessing to everything to Sonya. The lady who gave him more money when he hadn’t done right with the first little bit of money and then let him have her credit card info and rode to work in an ambulance that broke down has some problems with her case. But he kept explaining how he knew the ppl and tying up all the loose ends. If he had let the lawyer focus on his case instead of blowing through his money by having Sonya call him every 5 minutes, they could’ve gotten more done.
I can't imagine any attorney wanting to work for Nasty, he's so vile and ignorant.
And he wants to control the communication because he can't handle hearing the truth w/transparency concerning himself. He figures he's paying the lawyer to defend him and that's true but also to control as if he's the boss.
He so far have had 3 paid attorney’s by Shirley ,then three Public Defenders or 4. They have had to not only deal with him but even worse his sidehen playing lawyer in their faces to the point of interfering. Nesto only trust Sonys what she says about his cases,charges and when they do not listen to her opinions, Emails,calls she tells Nesto and they too become his enemy and her’s . His scammy mentality still while locked up exist, blames his victims wife 😂 for him being locked up and plays the black man’s bejng set up thanks to Sonya co-signing all this and more, saying he is innocent .

If true she has a publisher now it most likely if true😂😂,involving that so call tell all book he was supposed to be writing so she his POA is trying to get paid off of him. My divorce attorney wanted full retainer to start work, my sisters attorney wanted partial retainer before her attorney filed paperwork and stated full retainer is needed before bankruptcy court date. Crail may have taken advantage BUT it’s still Nesto’s fault. If he would’ve kept Shirley in the loop on ALL the charges, talked to her when he was considering hiring Crail as his attorney before doing it and just telling her to give this man $35k without breaking down what the payment would cover fully, and providing a detailed account of activity for that cost. I don’t claim to know how it works but all roads lead back to Nesto trying to be slick using Sonya as his mouthpiece and using Deon as his muscle with Crail instead of letting Shirley know what was going on. Shirley was also Crail’s client and she was paying him so she should’ve been involved and informed!
All this ,as Nesto blindsided her with hiring Crail without her knowledge ,only her getting the Bill she found out about all this . But of course he told his hen who I feel set this all in motion being he lets Sonya handle all his business in the outside and directed this lawyer not to tell Shirley anything abuse his case only Sonya. She too in a call reiterated this in a call, with Nesto knowing this woman was paying this lawyer.

Dion recommends that Nesto have a attorney on retainer or someone that he knows he can call. because Dion your daddy is not a business person, and he is not going to pay anybody consistently therefore that is the reason why he does not have a regular attorney. However BC was the closest thing to what Dion recommends. BC had already did stuff for Nesto in 2015. I have no idea why BC did not stay around but maybe he thought Nesto had gotten into too much and he was probably going to lose that case based on all of the accusations that were coming out. I remember Nesto claiming BC was scared. But you can’t get the real truth out Nesto so I’m not sure why BC quit.

Crail he got through another inmate ,he has had as of now 3,4 public defenders. So regardless Nesto never listened to them ,their legal advice other words he would have been stopped ruining his mouth with Sonya . He let Sonya play lawyer,only took her fake legal advice,making it harder for these lawyers to fight his case,come up with alibi’s as her dumb behind on calls .did,that were unbelievable . Your very life is at stake and you spend hours everyday running your mouth with Sonya ,gossiping, letting her go over your charges with you,mess you should have privately done with your lawyers. Now your co defendant remained silent, listened to her lawyers ,let her lawyers make deals that got her released last spring and now she is walking away free despite 19 serious or more serious charges, has agreed to tell them everything you did.

He had her lawyer searching but nuthin ever became of it. Remember she didn’t find him allegedly until bout 6 weeks in. He already been thru the 1st 2 and was on Krail . In my opinion....Deon was tired of Nasty Nesto rambling on & not paying attention to anyone else's sorrows.
19:46 an attorney bills for phone calls, investigations I.e. case research, mail copies, filings with the court and court appearances which means the ride to court, the waiting till the case is called and the ride home. The reputable attorney sends an invoice of how time and money is spent if there is a balance the attorney will send a refund if they are no longer representing the client. If they continue the attorney will ask for an additional retainer to continue on with the case. This is all explained in a retainer agreement that the client is suppose to sign.
And you know Side chick ate a lot of that money up calling him everyday playing ESQ. That’s billable charges.
Nesto's entire existence is just draining. Nothing he says is true. Are we really saying Crail owes them the entire 35K just because he hasn't gone to trial yet? That's not how billing for attorneys work. There's paperwork to be filed, court appearances, calls, emails, text messages, and that's not just between attorney and client. He's speaking to the DA, other offices, investigation, discovery... its a lot of work. And I'm sure the retainer fee is part of that. Those things add up. Crail didn't do anything any other attorney doesn't do or shouldn't do. Shirley signed a contract with Crail agreeing to the cost and how she would pay. We don't know what those terms were, so refund shouldn't even be considered unless that information is made available. It's possible Crail gave Shirley back some money, but of course Nesto isn't privy to that and shouldn't be if his ATM isn't supporting him any longer. I'm not sure Nesto actually believes what he's saying because he likes to make it seem as though he's only still in jail bc of others incompetency, not because of his crimes! INSANITY. There's no way that with all his charges 35K is enough to see him through trial.

An attorney is suppose to send his client Invoices that shows how much money is being drawn down from the clients account. The invoice should reflect that amount of hours work, description of the work, etc. the client should not be in the dark on billable hours/services from the attorney. I used to work for one.
