It has a lot to do with who is making things and where. It’s not the same a food processing plant in Nigeria than one in Sweden. It’s not the same a food processing plant in China that produces something to be consumed domestically than if it’s going to export it to Germany or Mexico or Sudan. It has a lot to do with who is selling and who is buying. Quality control.
For maintenance, they hire a team of engineers and mechanics for that. They make sure everything is sanitized and running smoothly. For quality control, there's an "acceptable" number of insect parts. You can't prevent it 100% no matter what your process is. The most anyone can do is reduce the impurities. Bad batches that don't pass inspection are discarded.
Why does it matter when he's getting paid millions a year? He can do that all he wants with our tax money being wasted by President Trump AND Obama. You should be concerned that other human beings have access to the food we eat which is most likely the reason for such high death rates for people over 85.. .

@@s_mai8970 in Europe thats actually quite common for some types of meat, in france they have beef tartar, which is raw beef and in Germany (and i think czechia aswell) they eat Mett which is raw pork... those things have very strict standards though and should be eaten the same day they were bought

Also I love how the people handling vegetables have gloves but not the people palming raw meat A tomato is defined as a fruit but it’s still a vegetable in my book
it's an automated sorting machine... it has to be super fast, so my guess it's ejecting everything that isn't red... that means probably red or green illumimation, bw-cameras with a red / green filter and then searching for blobs and calculating their coordinates to know when and where to use that ejection catapult... or some simpler solution that gets along with cheaper sensors
It wasn’t anything to fancy that they spoke about they were talking about their machines and workers. I speak Italian, Spanish, English and sign language that’s how I know what they said.

Soooo a lot of comments about machines replacing people... these things don’t invent and maintain themselves. The calculator didn’t replace mathematicians. It aloud them to do their jobs more quickly and efficiently plus gave jobs to the people creating them.
