In the context of his focus on creating a big aerobic engine - aka vacuum cleaner as he names it - how close is your Aerobic Threshold to your Anearobic Threshold and did you need to run exclusively under Aerobic Threshold for a period to achieve that - i get the impression that you pass the talk test at aerobic threshold so you must have a differential between AnT and AeT lower than 7-8 % ? Hey, they are actually really close together. Think it’s more natural and it’s the way that I like to train so that probably helps. I think it makes a huge difference if you can increase aerobic capacity!! It can only help your performance when dealing with ultra races
