I’m not aware of any states in the US that quads can’t be registered in, even California you can have dirt bikes, utv’s and quads registered for road use

The detail you put into the quad, Quick shiftier, clutch and brake master cylinders, , spedo display . Body work FANTASTIC. GREAT JOB. OKAY. Please do a heads up with a 1299S Panigale..

The engine is a replaceable part, you can do it legally or just drive with a swapped engine without reporting it cuz probably no one will ever check that.
